We had Tim perform an inspection of our HVAC units and he was awesome. He explained everything and was very thorough with what he found and our options moving forward. I will use Rocky Top for any future needs.

Horrible place to work,they let 15 of us go at once days before Christmas,I had to struggle to make christmas good for my family.sad to see what they did to people who were loyal and worked hard.ANYONE about to get a job here think twice.i had a paycheck come in and had to call Ben to get it and he acted as if it was a inconvenience to give me my paycheck and asked if I could wait...NO I CANT,pay your people on time...the only reason i can think of for anuone reading this to go back is to pau the employees they are over worked and under paid just as i was.

I needed a complete HVAC air duct replacement, I chose Rocky Top out of 3 contractors and I couldn’t be happier. Michele came out and quoted the job. She is a wonderful person and great at what she does. the technicians had a tough job ahead of them with the restricted space to work in, but handled the situation well! the job turned out great! i couldn’t be more pleased!
