Rocky top provides quality service. Their technicians are thorough and do their jobs well. They do not try to sell you anything you don't need. There was a small issue on arrival time when I made the appointment I was told one time to expect the technician and it was changed to something else. I am one of the few people who do not have a cell phone and they probably tried to text my landline. I called and everything was taken care of. The technician, Scott, called me when he was on his way and did an excellent job when he got here.
