They came out and checked everything, took our $150 and had the guy come out for estimates. We were supposed to get the estimates but a week later still nothing and out $150. This place is an absolute joke. We went with Sam Jarnigan’s heating and air and they came out and fixed the problem WITHIN 24 HOURS, at almost HALF the price the original technician quoted. We ended up paying $6,000 as opposed to the $10-14K the technician told us as a “ballpark estimate”. The estimate guy is obviously unprofessional and is unable to do his job correctly.
We had space heaters because we have 5 kids in the house at below freezing temperatures. We were absolutely scammed out of $150.
