Tech Brian was knowledgeable, helpful and prompt. Fortunately, there was a minor issue with the thermostat and major repairs were not necessary. My heat was up and running very quickly.

I was so happy with Rocky Top HVAC that I bought a service contract which covers free seasonal heat and air check-ups. This time the technician was Tim. I have found Tim to be very qualified, thorough, well trained and honest. He is a great representative for this business. And I now use Rocky Top for HVAC and also for electrical services. Great company, very customer oriented.

I used Rocky Top for a new installation after my other unit from a competitor broke for the last time after only being 5yrs old , I am so glad I chose Rocky Top . I wish I would have used them from the beginning of my trouble .
