I just recently found out that one of the best employee I think his name was Devon got let go. He was such a nice worker always so friendly and always answers my questions when i have questions or concerns. I’m very deeply grateful for him and I appreciated his kindness and work. I’m so disappointed by this company for letting him go such a good worker.

We have a yearly maintenance plan with Rocky Top and the office is great about being proactive with scheduling.
Our technician this round was Paul and I’ll be requesting him for each future visit.

On a Monday morning I discovered that my upstairs HVAC (smaller area) unit wasn’t working. Concerned about the upstairs pipes freezing I called Rocky Top. They come out that same day.

As the sole homeowner, I couldn’t miss work and had find someone to find someone to meet them.

Rocky Top came out and charged a $99 diagnostic fee. The result another visit for a leak search test. They also pitched a maintenance plan that day which I accepted. At that point, I assumed there would be two visits and that the issue would be resolved on the second visit.

The next visit was scheduled for Wednesday to perform the leak test and complete the repair. Wednesday’s appointment was canceled and rescheduled for Thursday.
