Rocky top provides quality service. Their technicians are thorough and do their jobs well. They do not try to sell you anything you don't need. There was a small issue on arrival time when I made the appointment I was told one time to expect the technician and it was changed to something else. I am one of the few people who do not have a cell phone and they probably tried to text my landline. I called and everything was taken care of. The technician, Scott, called me when he was on his way and did an excellent job when he got here.

I called because the heat in my home I purchased, and have been living in for 2 months stopped working. My service technician was Jamal, who was very professional and courteous. He helped explain to me the workings of the unit. He advised me of services that should be done to keep it working properly and checked when it was installed, finding that I do still have a warranty on the unit. Because of my experiences with Jamal I agreed to the maintenance plan to have him service it through the year. Luckily it was an easy fix today and I hope that continues. Thank You!

Rocky Top HVAC is always my go to for my air conditioner issues! Technician Scott is GREAT! He is so kind and very informative regarding the issue. Make this place your go to as well, you won’t be disappointed!

Michele came out to quote the system and had more knowledge than her counterparts quoting me from two other companies. Rocky Top did have the best price and the most knowledge of the equipment and installation. I had them install a split system and although there were some challenges, Travis and Kamron stuck with it and finished the job with no second trip needed. Very professional and considerate of my house. They tested the system well and cleaned up after the job. I would highly recommend Rocky Top !!!!
