Rocky Top HVAC, LLC

This was my first time having to get an HVAC system installed, and in my first home. It was installed Dec.-Jan. 2023-24; I selected the "Ultimate Comfort" (top of the line) system for $20K (two zones) and I requested rigid ducts throughout. I had to get financing through Wells Fargo, so they got paid on the front end. The installation was supposed to take a week, but it ended up taking over a month because they booked other clients before finishing my job, leaving me freezing cold for a month. In between occasional visits, they left their tools and equipment scattered around my house (in the middle of the floor, etc). It just would have been nice for them to tidy up or collect their things if they weren't going to return for a week or more.

Duct putty was washed down my kitchen sink clogging it for several days creating a sour smell throughout the house;...
