I recently hired Rocky Top Air to install an Amana 4 ton, 16 Seer, HVAC unit. After an in-depth discussion with two of their technicians, and a lengthy discussion with their salesperson reviewing all the benefits and features of different options to accomodate my budget, I opted to go with the high end Amana unit because of the longer warranty on parts and service. When their installers came the next day, they labored until well after dark and often in 19 degree temperature to complete the job. They even returned the next morning to make sure everything was running correctly and make a few minor adjustments. This new unit creates a level of comfort unlike any I have experienced before and I have been a homeowner for 43 years!! I would highly recommend Rocky Top Air to anyone who wishes to do business with an honest and very competent company

Called for a issue my fan was making some weired the guy came in pit some screws and told me he will charge me service call. Then said the company has merged with some new company and he will have to charge me for 30min on more labor which was technically just 10 min. So I told him I need to speak to the supervisor. He tells me the man had to come from Lenoir city to fix it so we cant have someone come and just charge service fee which is 95$ plus he wanted to charge me for another half an hr so charged me $137.50 for just 10 min of work. The guy who came to fix it was really good and professional thou. Did diagnosis and fixed the problem in no time. But I am a small grocery store can't afford to pay 137.5 for just $10 min of work. ☹️☹️☹️

Rocky Top Air has taken care of my heating and air unit for about 3 years. All that have come to my home are usually early for the appointment and very courteous and reliable. I would recommend Rocky Top Air to my friends.Rocky Top Air has been servicing my heat and air unit for several years.They remind me when they need to check my unit to see if it is operating well or may need something to help it work more efficiently.
