Have been having problems with my AC this summer and Raul came out did a great job and took care of it!

When our AC went out in the middle of a heatwave, Raul and Matthew came out as quickly as we needed them to, ready to do whatever was necessary to save us. They took one look at our outside unit and asked when it was last serviced. My response (uh, this thing's supposed to be serviced?) made them both roll their eyes a little, but they were so kind and didn't give me a hard time. They cleaned it up and got it running same day. Then John came out and replaced the motor, which while still spinning, was in pretty gnarly shape. Excellent service, great attitudes from all three. Service was reasonably priced, too. Thanks guys!!

Arthur came to service my home today for a possible pipe/leak. He was very knowledgeable and easy going. This made it easy for me to ask him additional questions. When I had additional questions (drainage), he addressed these items with care, and tested our drainage. My presence around him when he was testing my drainage did not slow him or make him feel awkward. Instead, it demonstrated that he is a professional and knowledgeable to perform each question that I had. My wife and I were comfortable asking him questions. We trust in his knowledge, and hope to work with him again in the future. Thank you Arthur.

Starting with the day when I had called to inquire about an appointment, I got through easily and was able to obtain an appointment as early as the next morning (8am-10am). I had initially called for a possible pipe leak (I have sub-floors). The next morning, I received a call from Arthur just a few minutes shy of 8am, that he was in route to my residence. Arthur arrived around the time he stated. Introduced himself with a handshake. We talked about my concerns and he explained to me his professional thoughts and what steps it will take to achieve his findings. I loved this because I've had services provided before (diff company) and none has been this communicative. This allowed me to trust in Arthur's work and knowing he is in my home. I discovered PDS a year ago after another company provided a quote that was extremely high. I needed a second opinion. They’ve now been out to my house a couple of times for different issues.
