Brian Vargas was prompt, clean, and professional. He wore foot covers and cleaned up the excess insulation that came out of the attic. He explained in detail the issues with our unit and was able to get it working.

I called PDS Plumbing & Air to get a second opinion for my elderly grandparents in Madera. Another company had told us that their entire HVAC system needed to be replaced, even though the system is only about 7 years old.

Brian came out and took the time to thoroughly diagnose everything. He discovered that the capacitor had been wired incorrectly and was able to correct the issue. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, honest, and explained everything clearly so we understood exactly what was going on.
