If I could give them zero stars, I would! Six months to get my dream deck and patio replaced after being told 2-3 weeks, weather permitting. It ended up being a complete nightmare! OUTBACK DECK hires out unprofessional sloppy sub contractors to do the actual work. These men had no respect for me or my property, smoked in my back yard, and one man was even spitting over the deck rail into my yard. My house, land, and deck were damaged. I had to pay over $3000, on top of the $48,000, to cover up all of their subpar work so that I didn't have to look at it every single day. The workers scratched, gouged, mis-cut, cracked, etc. the materials they used, resulting in a horrible looking deck. It took months upon months before it was finally dealt with and fixed. I had several months off during the summer, where I do not work. They could have come and completed this project but OUTBACK DECK...
