He first provided a very professional presentation on Outback's capabilities. After looking over our deck, he gave us good, solid advice on what we could accomplish within our budget.

I recently had my deck replaced but Outback Deck. Wes and crew were very professional, communicative, and most of all the deck is structurally sound, up to code, and looks great! All promises were kept as outlined in the contract and everything was thoroughly reviewed prior starting with multiple choices and payment options. Vlad from Outback Deck spent a few hours listening to what we wanted for a replacement for our existing 40 year old deck and screen porch. Outback deck did a wonderful job replacing our 25+ year old wood deck with TimberTech composite decking and aluminum guardrail. Their crew was easy to work with and wrapped up the work within 2 weeks. Staff in the office did all the required paperwork like HOA package and permit. They made things easy for homeowners. Had an overall ok experience getting our new deck built by Outback. The sales rep James did a good job explaining our options and Mike was a good project manager. There were issues getting all the materials so construction was delayed, but demo was not, so we were without any deck for longer than expected. There was also some confusion around the drink rail. I don't know if it was miscommunication, or the team didn't didn't understand the plan, but they cut off parts of the stair railing that made it impossible for it to pass code and the railing on the stair had to be redone. There is also still little bits of aluminum in our back yard from where the railing was cut.

Overall I am pleased with the final result, but the process, which was suppose to take a week ended up closer to 6 with the material delays and needing to redo the railing. Read more >
