Great experience working with the individuals from Outback Deck. It all started with James Swanson, Solutions Specialist who presented to us our options in a professional and trustworthy manner. Being that this was our first entry into the composite deck material replacement world, we interviewed several contractor reps basically asking the same questions. James provided to us answers that made the most sense for our needs. Internally the administration process thru Emily Virkler was seamless and the appropriate paperwork was delivered as promised. The actual replacement and install component for our deck was handled by Francisco Leiva, Project Manager. We appreciated his attentiveness and responsiveness in keeping us in the loop as to key milestones as they were being completed and the timeline toward completion. Met with Nathan Allison for an estimate on front and back deck. Nathan was very informative, patient and knowledgeable which played a significant role in us choosing to work with Out Back, not the steak house (lol) the decking company.

So far, so good! Vlad arrived on time and promptly inspected the spaces we were looking to upgrade. He was great about walking us through every aspect of the project and answered all our questions throughly. We're looking forward to having our front and back deck replaced by this company! We recently met with Scott to discuss adding a screened-in porch and deck extension to our home, and we couldn’t have been more impressed. From the moment he arrived, Scott was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable.

He took the time to walk us through every detail of the process, from materials and design options to timelines and permitting, and answered all of our questions with patience and clarity. It’s rare to find a salesperson who is both genuinely personable and extremely thorough, but Scott absolutely was.

We had a complete tear off and rebuild. Outback did a great job! Crew was very efficient and nice. They had the deck and city inspections finished in under 2 weeks.
