The whole process from start to finish went very well. The workmanship is outstanding. The last picture is to show the attention to detail. The deck screws were perfectly lined up in all instances. The installation crew did great work. I would recommend this to anyone looking for deck work.

The finished deck is beautiful and solid. I swear if a tornado hits the house the only thing remaining would be the deck. Their workers are incredibly hard working and excel at their job. The four rating was due to project management. Our first project manager just did not communicate well, for example we never received a copy of the final layout despite being told he would send it and asking for it. That omission resulted in rework that would have been caught if we had seen the plan. He had too many projects going and was out of town at a conference to be as attentive he should have been. Unfortunately, things like this happen. Thankfully, the second project manager was excellent. He communicated well, double checked with us on decisions and ensured we were aware if workers were not scheduled a day, which happened for a valid reason. We were very pleased with the final...

In looking for help with a deck project, we contacted Outback Deck, Inc., Woodstock, Ga., and were visited by Nathan Allison that same evening. Nathan measured and carefully inspected the deck structure, then reviewed photos of his findings with us. We chose decking material and Nate brought samples of approved materials to meet the Georgia code. Nathan was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable in helping us to make our final decision. Jamie was awesome. He listen to my husband and I’s needs and how we wanted to use the deck. He suggested different things to us to help get the most bang for our buck. We would definitely suggest him and Outback deck!

Outback Deck was fabulous. Materials were delivered on time. The workmen were on time and were very meticulous in installation. Measurements were spot on. They took great care in their work and were very easy to work with. I am very happy with my deck and would certainly recommend Outback Decks.

My wife Meagan and I just had a deck project completed by Outback Deck, and we are in love with the work. David was the Project Manager and his crew was precise, clean, quick, and friendly. The finished product is greater than we could have imagined.

We first found out about the company at a Marietta Square festival. After a friendly and informative consultation with William one evening, the process began soon afterwards. There were small details that needed to be touched up after the initial project was completed. David was quick to respond and have Jon come over and fix it ASAP.

We did not end up moving forward with Outback but our experience with Will Massie was fantastic. He spent over 3 hours at our house. Professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. We had a fantastic experience with Outback Deck. From start to finish, their communication was excellent — they kept us updated at every stage of the project and made sure all of our questions were answered.
