I would like to highly recommend Outback Deck, Inc. I purchased a Struxure pergola. The company representative came to my home and spent time listening to what I wanted. While I initially thought I wanted a shed roof, after hearing my vision, the rep recommended the Struxure option. After putting in the order, the company provided me with weekly updates on status and timing. Once the installation started, they updated me every day on what would happen and how long it would take. At the end of each day, I received an update. When the project was finished, I absolutely love, love the pergola. I have received so many compliments. The experience with Outback Deck Inc. was excellent from the sales pitch up through the final inspection. The salespeople were professional, knowledgeable, and provided all necessary information about the types of decking available. They spent 2(+) hours with us on the first visit to answer all questions and show us a variety of decking materials and options. Their communication was consistent and updates were received regularly. This includes the detailed plans, financing, and estimated project completion. The project manager was fabulous and addressed all of our needs and/or concerns during the construction phase. The work crew was excellent and put in long days to meet completion deadline. I recently hired Outback Deck to upgrade my patio space with a new retaining wall, stamped concrete floor, and roof extension for covered space. The design team helped me put my vision into a plan, and the Project Manager, Clay, ensured the plan was executed perfectly. Clay was super responsive and managed the construction crew, so I did not have to. The construction crew was professional and did excellent quality work. Outback Deck was a pleasure to work with. From day one their sales people were clear about the options and costs and we never paid a cent over what they quoted us. They started work promptly, the builders were incredibly courteous and worked quickly. They made sure to get our permission for anything that wasn't expected so there were no surprises. I especially appreciated that the reps and builders were always on time and had open lines of communication. I never had to worry about chasing down an Outback Deck rep or builder or going weeks with a half finished project laying about. I didn't have to worry about looking at the deck and saying "This is not what I wanted".
