Nex-Gen Windows & Doors

When Brent and the team at Nex-Gen came to our old cottage-style home it looked dilapidated. It now looks FANTASTIC! The new windows are efficient and expertly installed, the new siding is a huge improvement over the peeling paint, and the architectural details of the older house were preserved and even improved. I couldn't have asked for any more. Oh, and they were competitively priced, expeditious and always prompt! Wow!

We hired Nex-Gen to install Marvin windows last fall. The installers did an excellent job. They were tidy, courteous, and hardworking. The finish work, interior and exterior, showed true craftsmanship. Nex-Gen's service tech, Tyler, was here yesterday repairing a screen I damaged so they're keeping their promises. Excellent work, no loose ends.

We Love our new windows. The Sales team was great at helping us pick out the right model and style of window for each room. Once that was done the install team was professional and efficient! if you need new window this is the team to call!!!

I initially gave this company a good review for the work they did on our replacement windows- both the product and the workmanship. However, a couple of years later we asked them to add a new window to one room. They delayed for a couple of months after we send in our deposit. When I called, they said that one of their installers had been injured. While they send back our deposit with the understanding that we'd stay on their job list, they never called. Three months later, after many un-returned calls, they said that they were too busy for our job. I consider this a breach of contract and quite unethical. They may have bigger, better-paying customers, but that is a horrible way to treat a returning, loyal customer.

Was easy to work with, fair pricing and they did a great job installing. Did follow up to make sure we were satisfied. Would recommend whole heartly.

I couldn't be happier with Nex-Gen. After a big hail storm, we needed to get a bunch of vinyl windows replaced. We tried some of the big competitors but had to deal with salespeople who were pushy (or never even followed up!!), didn't know their products, and had outrageous prices.

Ted, from Nex-Gen, was referred to us by a close friend. He took time to run through their product range and also to work with our insurance company. We ended up getting Infinity by Marvin to replace our house-grade vinyl windows and we couldn't be happier. The pricing was less than the vinyl windows offered by others!

The good service didn't end after we signed on the dotted line. Brent, the owner, was out at our house the next day making sure the measurements were perfect and the install crew was on premise just a few weeks later with our custom windows. Following the...

Nex-Gen helped us out with our patio door a year ago. We were trying to finish our flooring when we realized we had a leak with our old door. Their rep, Ted, was wonderful and was able to help us pick out the door that would work best for our home and was able to help us out with our time sensitive project. The installers were very professional, courteous and efficient. We had one small issue with the lock on the door but when we contacted the company they sent someone out that same day to fix it and we have not had an issue since. We just met with Ted again today and they will be replacing all of our windows. We have met with several other companies and they have been either too pushy, expensive or carried poor quality product. We have been very happy with the service we have received and the quality of the Marvin products! .

Questionable management - I set up an appointment to get a estimate for 17 damaged Windows. I explained to Brent when I set up the meeting that these were Windows with seal failure and failure of the UV coating. I took off work to meet with Brent. He measured the Windows and left and said that he would e-mail me an estimate. Four days later I called to check on progress and was told that they could not help me and would not be sending me an quote. Waste of my time.
