Nex-Gen Windows & Doors

I had a terrible experience with this company. We were referred by a friend, and Ted, the salesperson, came to our house to talk about replacing 14 windows. He showed us a double hung window, with about a 2 and a half inch frame, and quoted us a price of just over ten thousand dollars. After getting quotes from other companies, Next Gen was the cheapest, and this all seemed fine, so we went ahead and purchased. Then the windows showed up. The frames were 4 and a half inches wide!! We lost a TON of glass space and a TON of light getting these windows. The size of the bathroom window, for example, was cut by more than a third--it's teeny! Moreover, the installers, while really nice guys, did not wash my windows, leaving sawdust, fingerprints, and other stuff all over the glass, and left quite a bit of metal and glass pieces all over my yard. I was nauseatingly unhappy and...

Wow! What a great team of people. Jason led us through the process of replacing 18 windows on our 25 year old home. We knew with where we live that we didn’t want vinyl or wood windows due to the extreme weather conditions so we opted to check out Marvin windows. We couldn’t be happier. I called NexGen for a quote for a new storm/security door. The sales consultant, Ted arrived in a timely manner. After looking at our current door, he said we really didn't need a new door. Our door does need to be serviced. Nice to have an honest company to call on. Thanks Ted.

The vinyl windows in our townhouse were 20 years old and showing signs of their age. We contacted several companies for bids. Some of the presentations were really long. We really appreciated Ted's selling style of letting the product speak for itself. He didn't waste our time. His pitch was informative and very low pressure. I'm so happy we chose to go with Brent and his team. I dreaded the installation process and the cleanup afterwards. My husband was home when the windows were installed. I couldn't believe it when I got home from work and the windows were in and there was no mess! I would not have known the installers had come if it weren't for our beautiful new windows. In early 2015 we had Nex-Gen Exteriors replace our sliding door and panels to our deck with the Infinity system. We liked it so much that we later had them also replace a very worn exterior one panel door out to our patio. Both jobs were completed beautifully and we have enjoyed the upgrades very much.

We had a great experience with Next-Gen. Shortly after moving in, we decided that we needed to replace most of the windows in our home as well as the patio door. They did a good job of explaining our options and we were able to make an educated decision about which windows to go with. The installers were professional and the new windows and patio door look great. Their prices are fair for the quality of windows (and doors) that you get.
