Mike came out and caulked all our windows and did a great job. He has a really good personality and pays attention to details.

Everyone was super nice. The installers did an excellent job and were very respectful and polite. 3 hours to put in 3 windows. They cleaned up afterwards too. We had them replace our front door last year and loved it so we started replacing windows this year. They really work with you to give you what you want. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about Brent and his team at Nex-Gen. This is the second installation they have done for me and the first was 10 years ago and it was a phenomenal experience. When I bought my 1961 ranch with bad windows I knew I would be using them again. This was an incredibly complex project as I was not only replacing every window but expanding 2 windows and adding 4 additional windows. They did it all with their exceptional service and attention to detail. My new windows are more than I could have imagined. They have a lifetime guarantee so anything that comes up I am covered. We are considering new interior doors to the addition we had added to the rear of our home. Our search for the company for the project was easy; we contacted NexGen windows as they came to mind right away. Brent had replaced most of the exterior windows in our Lakewood home in 2009. The windows have done exceptionally well over the past 16 years with no leaks, minimal air infiltration and total satisfaction. We have no doubts that NexGen will provide the best service and superior installation on this project.

I just complete my house window project with Nex-Gen and love them! Friendly, efficient team ( shout to Eduardo and crew, Shon and Cari) and a great product! I had half the house done several years ago and the windows are easy to clean, efficient, sound. So thrilled to have them all in! Now on to the siding!
