We replaced our sliding glass patio door with a full view French door. Teri met with us at our home to discuss our options. She was very knowledgeable and thorough. The door came in within the estimated time and they quickly scheduled our install. Mitch, the installer, was great! He did a wonderful job and the door looks fantastic. We have been using Nex-Gen Windows and Doors for several years. We just moved and called Nex-Gen to replace almost all the windows in the house. Eduardo and his team were excellent and very conscientious about putting down runners and cloths wherever they worked. Neil came through during that day to check on their work and a few days later when they were finished. Both went over all the features and will come back if we have any problems. This is a great company to work with.

Everyone was super nice. The installers did an excellent job and were very respectful and polite. 3 hours to put in 3 windows. They cleaned up afterwards too. We had them replace our front door last year and loved it so we started replacing windows this year. They really work with you to give you what you want. Highly recommend.
