Brought in a few window screens and sliders to get re-screened. Did the job lightning fast and was very reasonably priced! The installer Andrew is the best but also got to give a shout out to Cari! Her sweet bubbly personality makes doing business with these folks a breeze! Highly recommend!!!

Nick and Gabe from Nex-Gen did a great job installing an exterior entry door and storm door to my home! Both Nick and Gabe were courteous and respectful of my home. They were knowledgeable and displayed problem-solving skills, as well as time management. Nick walked me through the final inspection, provided information about the product, and pointed out how to access the User Manual. Nex-Gen is an awesome company to work with if you are looking to get new doors or windows. I worked with them to get new doors installed where I live. The process of ordering, and installation was easy and I love my new door!

A lock installation was needed on the door. Mike came out to do the installation. He showed up in the time window and was extremely professional. He took the time to show me how the new lock works. I couldn't be happier with choosing Nex-Gen as the company to provide this service for me!

We had our double door replacement for our bedroom balcony and Nex-Gen did a great job! They delivered on everything they promised. Special call out to our installer Eduardo and Quality Assurance manager Neil, both of whom were friendly and professional. I was impressed that Neil came by right after the installation to personally ensure that everything was correct and done to our satisfaction.

My home is old, built in 1980, I bought it that year. It is totally electric, because at that time there were no gas taps available. Our city recently increased the rates again, 5% for each of the last five years, and this year by 6.5%. We also have a TOU (time of use) charge - ours in the winter is from 5 to 9 pm, and they charge four times as much per kWh during that time. I've been wanting to have my windows replaced as in the winter the heat seems to just go out the windows. I got four bids from local contractors. Nex-Gen was not the lowest, but their bid was the most comprehensive (it included everything - two of the other bids would have required having another company do finish work).
