Neil and his group did a very good job installing and cleaning up after the work was done.

They were very professional and detail oriented on the work they performed. Worked neat and clean and made sure the customer was completely satisfied before they left. They went above and beyond. Highly Recommended!

I had the pleasure of meeting a couple of Nex-Gen employees - Cari and Mike, when my vehicle broke down stranding me on 25. Cari and Mike stopped to see if their could help and were incredibly gracious and patient with helping me out of a difficult situation; even going out of their way to give me a ride to Denver. I’m from Virginia and in Denver visiting my daughter and haven’t used Nex-Gen services, but if Cari and Mike are an example of the quality of Nex-Gen employee (and I suspect since the company has a BBB 5Star / A+ rating the owner - Brent, is very selective with picking quality, conscientious folks for his Teams - Cari and Mike are just an example), I recommend if you’re looking for services they provide to give them call. I have a feeling you won’t be disappointed.

We recently had Nex-Gen install five new windows in our basement; we had all of the upstirs windows replaced earlier; so this is our second time with Nex-Gen. We could not be happier with the product, their installers and their personal services. Our installers (Ed and Aaron) worked tirelessly and with excellence and kept us informed about each step in the install process. Neil was here three times and followed up with us to ensure we were happy with every detail of the job. This is a GREAT company with people that care about their customers and stand behind their product. We would HIGHLY recommend Nex-Gen to anyone looking to replace their windows and/or doors!

Nex-Gen did a wonderful job start to finish. The sliding glass door was just what we ordered and the installation went smoothly. Steve, Arthur and Neil were on-site to make sure the job was done correctly and that we were were satisfied. Definitely a positive experience and a great result for us.

What an amazing experience. Over the last couple years we have had so many bad experiences with other companies. We had a new garage door installed (terrible craftsmanship) a new front door (screen door still isn’t right after countless retry’s) a new patio door ( so bad we had Next -Gen replace it after only one year). So we were really hoping that this window replacement would somehow not be a disaster. That’s when we found Next-Gen. from the time Dan the sales representative stepped into our house til the last window was installed we have been so impressed. Great product, great installation.
