Had a great experience replacing our egress window with Long Island Egress Pros. They were very flexible with scheduling and fit us in on short notice. The job was done quickly and meticulously. We are very impressed with the final product.

Long Island Egress Pros did an excellent job. The team did all the work in 1 day with minimal amount of dust and disruption. The finished product completely changed our basement and lets in so much light. The window is large and the top 1/3 of the well is a see through dome, so at eye level you're looking outside. Our basement is now safer and no longer feels like a basement.

Great experience dealing with LI Egress. Highly professional. Ronnie Mayer supervised the total operation from beginning to end. Total job from start to finish was six hours. I am totally satisfied and highly recommend them. Left site as clean and neat as when they started..

I never usually write a review but today we had an egress window installed and we could not be happier. 30 yrs in our house and we never had such a wonderful team working. Ron knew our budget, knew we had to put in the window and did everything to make it happen for us. The crew was great. Polite, neat and worked so hard.

He also answered every question and concern that I had. There was absolutely NO mess to clean after they left. Ron did not rush out he made sure I fully understood how the window worked and I was happy before he left. Having the egress window is a positive addition to our home and our lives. 5 stars isn’t enough for this company. I only wish i knew about them earlier. I had a leak in the basement due to improper installed windows and couldn’t find solution even after spending thousands. These guys came and solve the problem in One day and did an amazing job. Hiring this company is one of the best decision I’ve ever made. Totally recommended for anyone who needs egress windows.
