I am beyond pleased and quite satisfied with the installation of my Egress window. John, Miquel and their crew are very skilled at what they do. They also did a great job in cleaning up afterwards. Alex(Operations Manager) and Randy(Sales Manager) are very knowledgable and took time to answer and explain clearly any questions that I had. They facilitated the whole process quite smoothly.

I had 2 egress windows installed and other windows replaced.Ryan was very professional and explained everything. Danny, Chuy and their crews did an excellent job! Everything looks great.

Miguel, Jonathan, Carlos and Mohammed were AWESOME. They arrived promptly and got started installing our new egress slider winder right away. SO HAPPY that Randy convinced me to go with the larger window (if you're debating - just do it!). They worked through a TON of snow, and finished quickly and efficiently. The window was framed beautifully, cement added around the window and all of the caulking was VERY neat and clean. I am so happy with my window. Can't wait for the basement to be completely finished

We are very happy that we chose Long Island Egress Pros for our installation. Randy was very courteous and very professional on the phone as well as his crew. It was wild seeing how the guys did the job and not a spec of a mess anywhere in our basement! The way the guys set it up was really impressive and the time in which the job was done was great!!
Our downstairs no longer feels enclosed, we now have beautiful sunlight coming in and a safe easy way to escape in case of an emergency.
