My stay at Hospital BC was such a a great experience. Empressed I truly was with staff and the efficiency of how the hospital is operated my team was quick to answer all my questions & tend to all me needs. I gave it a rating of 5 and it was deserved. Now truth be told. When & if you decide to visit hospital BC for your bariatric surgery make sure you ask for (Beto) he has a 5 star rating all by himself. So accomodating he is so patient, knowledgeable and pleasant to get things done with. I wish everyone continued success growth and blessings

My overall experience here at Hospital BC exceeded my expectations. Starting from my first interactions with my coordinator Carlos as he answered all my questions and concerns explained the process with great detail and even assured me when I had nervousness. Moreover when arriving at the airport Jazel our driver was amazing and very promt on pickup. When arriving at Hospital BC my first impressions were that it was clean and well maintained. After signing some paperwork and completing the payment then I did some testing (EKG, Blood work, chest X ray, total body composition) once everything came back I was cleared for surgery. Afterwords me and my companion stayed the night at the Real Inn Hotel it was a nice hotel and I was able to get all my dietary needs at the restaurant. Excellent Hospital. Dr Illan and his team is really fantactic. They made me very comfortable before and after the procedure. The surgery was very smooth definitely recommend this hospital. All the valet especially Beto, njo were really helpful. Henry patient coordinator super helpful.

I had the gastric sleeve done with Dr Illan and his team! I couldn’t be happier with how everything has gone. I came to Tijuana from Iowa- alone! - and a but nervous. Everyone was very welcoming, knowledgeable and caring.
They put me up in a beautiful hotel, took care of my meals, drivers, and everything in between.
I had great drivers, receptionist, x ray techs, phlebotomists, nurses, care coordinator, and several doctors! Big shout out to Beto! He was my right hand man, making sure I never felt alone and advocating for me all along the way.
Every part of the experience moved smoothly like a well rehearsed ballet. They made sure I was well informed and answered all my questions.
I chose to take part in bariatric surgery to invest in my future adventures!

Wow!! That about sums up my stay here. Never did I think I would be coming down to Tijuana to have this done, yet here I am. I can't say enough about this Hospital BC, Dr. Illan, and his staff. It's a small, private hospital so the care you get as a patient is unlike no other. Henry Cortez (a liaison of sorts between the hospital and patients) did an amazing job of answering my wife's endless questions to where I was able to book the procedure. Most of the staff is bilingual, so it was fairly easy to communicate with them. Our driver, Jaziel, picked us up in San Diego and right away put us at ease. Once we got to the hospital, we were greeted by Sara, the very friendly receptionist. Henry met us there as well to make sure we were good to go and answer any other last minute questions. Dr. Illan and his anesthesiologist explained the procedure and what would be taking place....

This was the best experience I have ever had in a hospital setting. From our driver/caregiver Beto being nothing short of amazing, to the receptionist, to all the nursing staff making sure all my needs were taken care of. The biggest thanks go to Dr.Illan. Answers all my questions and made me so comfortable. The anesthesiologist also was very thorough with the whole process. This was the best choice I’ve ever made for my health.
