Amazing hospital. Very attentive employees. Beto has been the best. He is there for all my needs.

Best hospital ever. Very clean, amazing staff. Dr. Jalil is so sweet, cute, kind, and makes you feel so comfortable. Beto is the man. So kind, so helpful. He even helps with things that are not even part of his job. Amazing staff. They’re all sweet and friendly. I got a whole suite to myself. My companion and I got separate beds in a big room. Very clean, very comfy, and kind staff . Even Sal, the driver, was a great person . Best experience ever. Also, the hotel that you go to before surgery is very clean and very nice. I really recommend it.

amazing experience. my mother n law came for skin removal & our experience has been nothing but positive & amazing. the staff is so efficient & precise, they all listen to your concerns & talk you through everything. there is always a doctor on shift at all hours, monitoring everything. beto and luis are fabulous. they are right there for whatever you need. beto held my hand when i was scared, hugged like we were family & really took great care of us. this hospital is so clean & smells so good. nothing like a hospital. i got my lips done at the spa while my mother n law was recovery & it was a wonderful experience. we will continue to come back for the next procedures. all the nursing staff was so knowledgeable & educated. so many need to list but they were all so wonderful!!

I can't say enough about Hospital BC. From the Staff, Nurses and Drivers/Helpers everyone was amazing. Beto was a rockstar, checking in on us very often, making sure we had everything we needed at all time. Even made sure my wife was taken care of. I recommend Hospital BC to anyone thinking about getting a procedure done. 10/10.

Got out of surgery yesterday and feel great do to the staff taking such amazing care of me. Henry was great helping me feel comfortable with my decision to do the surgery and once I got here Beto has been my hero time and time again. Such an amazing staff.

I had a truly fantastic experience here and would highly recommend this hospital to anyone considering weight loss surgery. The facility is incredibly clean—staff came by multiple times a day to empty the trash and wash out the shower. The little garden by the cafe is a lovely touch, and the weather during my stay was phenomenal.
​The staff really stood out. Dr. Judith and Dr. Angel are some of the greatest physicians I could ask for on the unit. A huge shoutout to the valets, Beto and Luis, who were amazing, as well as the incredibly helpful and caring kitchen staff in the cafe.
​A quick heads-up: there can be a language barrier at times. It helps to know a little Spanish, or for the staff to know a bit more English, but the care is still excellent. Also, please plan to bring cash for tips. It is customary and highly appreciated to tip the valet staff, drivers, and cafe...

I have had an excellent experience here from the first phone contact with the Coordinator Henry, to the driver Sal, all of the nursing staff, Dietician Flor, the in house physician team including Dr Lidia, the concierge staff who check in often (and are willing to pick up food next door for your companion), and especially Dr Illan. I was emotional and full of nerves the day before surgery, and all of the staff were so kind. The nighttime EVS lady (I can't think of her name) gave me the most genuine hug and prayed with me when I was crying over missing my 3 y/o son (he called me crying saying he missed me and we have not ever been apart). I really can't recommend this team and this hospital enough. Anything I needed, they were ready, willing, and able to help with. The hospital accommodations were great too. The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was clean too!
