I am extremely satisfied with my experience. The staff has demonstrated a high level of kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism. The hospital maintains a clean and orderly environment. The doctors and entire support team, comprising nurses, medical assistants, and transporters like Sal and Beto, have been fantastic. For bariatric and plastic surgery needs, I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.

Dr.Lopez did my weight loss surgery and he is great! I received the best care— all the staff was very kind and checked on me around the clock -shout out to Beto he is awesome! Highly recommend this hospital

I came with my husband and a friend and they received the best care! All of the hospital staff was excellent especially Beto & Judith! The hospital is very clean,the Cafe food was delicious,and the spa is amazing! The maintenance guy went and got me street tacos which I thought was very kind of him. Dr.Lopez is very kind and caring-would recommend him 100%[I used him 6 yrs ago,same hospital]

I traveled to Tijuana for my gastric sleeve surgery, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness, compassion, and genuine care.

A special thank you to my nurse, Beto, who was absolutely incredible. He was attentive, friendly, professional, and always willing to answer questions or help with anything I needed. He made me feel comfortable, supported, and cared for every step of the process.

What stood out to me most was how everyone treated me like family. The doctors, nurses, and staff weren’t just doing their jobs—they truly cared about my well-being. Every interaction felt personal, warm, and reassuring.

I had a GREAT experience at the hospital.Beto and Luis were GREAT! Even through the language barrier they made sure my needs were met.The nurses were WONDERFUL as well ANYTIME I called they were there! Even the transportation Guys Sal & Antonio were Great and made me feel safe on the ride! They insisted that I didn't even carry a bag! OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE! 10/10! I would recommend!!

I recently had a gastric sleeve procedure at Hospital BC in Tijuana, Mexico, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff was professional, attentive, caring, and incredibly kind.

A special thank you to Mariel in the front office for her excellent customer service and for always being helpful and welcoming. I would also like to recognize Beto, Jaziel and Luis who were amazing with transportation and patient support. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that I felt comfortable throughout the process.

The entire team made me feel safe, informed, and well cared for every step of the way. Their professionalism and dedication truly exceeded my expectations.

I would highly recommend BC Hospital for the gastric sleeve. Dr Illan, great Surgeon. The staff from the drivers, shout out to Sal, what a welcome to Mexico, to the doctors, has been wonderful. Beto went over and above to make sure that I was comfortable as well. Great experience. The care for my daughter was top notch.

La verdad me quedé encantada con todo el personal a pesar de que es una clínica y aveces es incómodo, aquí no te hacen sentir muy cómoda y segura con tu paciente, mi hija estuvo muy bien atendida a toda hora . Todos fueron muy amables y atentos ❤️
