Overall, my experience has been excellent. I was pretty nervous and scared prior to my arrival here in Tijuana, but from my arrival up until after surgery, everyone has been super helpful and very informative of everything that was going on.
Henry was the first point of contact that I had when scheduling my procedure. Henry was instrumental with me booking the procedure and moving forward with my date for surgery.
Dr. Jalil Illan was so patient and explained everything to me prior to arrival and prior to surgery he knew how nervous I was for this revision surgery, but he put My fears to rest.
Beto was extremely patient, positive and kind and explained everything that was going to happen next he was excellent at Informing me of The next steps that would be happening before and after the surgery, the doctors team was excellent prior to Surgery. The doctors came and...

I was absolutely amazed with this place Beto and the “entire “ staff were all amazing, sweet and caring they made me feel awesome.. The nursing staff is an “A” plus don’t hesitate to go!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ everyone at the facility is beautiful inside and out they are all wonderful!!

What can I possibly say, well at first I was hesitant, but after the numerous emails and phone calls that I received from his
Patient coordinator Henry I felt at ease.
I took the trip and I was greeted by Hospital BC transportation specialist Sal who picked me up and brought me to the hospital. He made me feel at ease and reassured me that everything was gonna be OK. He took me to a very elegant hotel with a wonderful restaurant to accommodate. I was picked up the next day bye Beto, extremely professional and knowledgeable of the matter he is amazing! I arrive to do my pre operative blood work, X-ray and then met with the cardiologist, where I was given an EKG everyone was so attentive, hospital BC is spectacular. I give it a five star plus!

I love B.C hospital, everything went great. The facility is super clean. The staff here are excellent very well spoken take very good care of their patient. It was so hard to feel nervous or stressed out because everyone here was so lovely. I highly recommend to come here for surgery. I came here for a mini bypass revision from the sleeve.

Came to Dr. Ilan for the mini bypass. Great service from all the staff. Beto and Sal are great. Dr. Ilan is so cute and sweet. Great personality and great work. I’d highly recommend having your procedure here!

I would highly recommend this facility and all of the staff here. Bento was amazing and so incredibly helpful. The receptionist Sarah greeted us with a smile and was so encouraging and helpful. Dr. Illan is nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend this facility and an upgrade to the VIP suite. It was so roomy and comfortable. 100% best decision
