My mother had a procedure done with Dr. Alvarez and I tagged along as my mom’s companion. From the time the staff picks you up at the airport, to the day of procedure, throughout your entire stay - the staff is very attentive to the needs of their patients and their companions. The nurse staff and physicians were incredible - Beto and Luiz were phenomenal concierges! You are in great hands and care here at Hospital BC!

Amazing experience! I’ve been a nurse for over 20 years and I have never seen this level of care let alone experienced it. I felt so pampered! It was so good that I’m back for another surgery. I did my research and this is the place to go for your surgery. Aside from the excellence in medical care you are assigned a concierge. Beto is incredible. He anticipated my needs. Thank you for an incredible experience!

This is a wonderful place. My wife came here to get surgery after researching for quite some time. Let me tell you that she made the right decision in coming here. From day 1 when she signed up she felt like they cared even before actually arriving here. She knew that the communication and support would last long after we left. Everyone from the drivers to the nurses, the surgeon, the front desk gal, the chef in the cafe have all been nothing short of amazing. Shout out to Beto who is there for anything we need and always checks on us, he is awesome! Also thank you to Luis who was wonderful as well and got me some amazing tacos. The level of care and service is 100%. You made the right choice if you decide to come here!

Very well taken care of, staff is phenomenal - Beto , nutritionist Flor, patient coordinator Henry and of course Dr. Illan! Hospital is beautiful and comfortable.

I had a great experience at this hospital. The nurses were very kind, helpful, and responsive—they always came quickly whenever I called.
