The care here from all the nurses was exceptional! Beto went out of his way to assist us, make us feel comfortable and make sure we had what we need. Judith the nurse was comforting and friendly. All of them were. I would use hospital BC again and again!! Thank you all!

I’ve been here twice now for reconstructive surgery with Dra Laura Alvarez and Dr Jose Fonseca at Soulya (the best husband and wife duo ever), once in April for an FDL + circular tummy tuck with muscle repair, lipo360, and bbl and yesterday for a breast lift, lateral torsoplasty, and arm lift. I’ve had nothing but the best care by the staff here at the hospital. They are very attentive and always on schedule with med management. Beto is the best! He always make sure you have everything you need and personally reached out to my partner to let him know I was out of surgery and doing well. Can’t thank them enough and say better things about them. Highly recommend this hospital!!

nurses and doctors are exceptional, but Beto is the absolute best! he could tell I was a little nervous and made sure I was taken care of! He literally checked on me every 10minutes! 💗

I came to Hospital BC to get an arm lift, thigh lift and torsoplasty. I few in to San Diego and after that, all was easy. Sal, my ride was waiting, the blood draw and tests were quick. They put us up in a very nice hotel and the next day was a blur with a drive in, admission , a doctors visit and then surgery. The aftercare has been amazing with nurses and doctors coming in frequently to check on me . My incisions are really good and I’ve been up and walking around since Saturday. Everyone has been exceptional including the concierge Beto and Luis who have helped my hubby navigate food and what not. I’ve met two ladies who had tummy tucks (among other things) and they’re also doing very well. Both are leaving for home today, and I’m out of here tomorrow. I highly recommend if you’re thinking about getting any type of surgery from across the border.

We had an excellent experience at Hospital BC. They took wonderful care of my wife and were very attentive to everything she needed throughout her stay.

A special shout-out to the valets, Beto, Luis, and Sal. They were all incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, and they really made things easier for both of us.

As someone staying there as a companion, I would absolutely recommend Hospital BC. One piece of advice: book the larger room with two beds if you can. It is definitely worth it and makes the stay much more comfortable for the person accompanying the patient.

The café is also very good. We were impressed with the food, but just be aware that it is closed on Sundays.

Overall, the staff made a stressful situation much easier, and my wife was very well cared for. We would absolutely recommend Hospital BC.

I had a great experience at Hospital BC. I originally came in for surgery, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to go through with the procedure after all. Even though things didn’t go as planned, the staff was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process.

I especially want to thank Beto for being so helpful and attentive. He made sure I was taken care of, answered my questions, and made a stressful situation much easier for me. I really appreciated the way I was treated and would definitely recommend Hospital BC based on my experience.

Great service but some nurses graveyard idk 🤷‍♀️ in the day were amazing.Also Beto made my stay very comfortable he made sure everything was going smooth can’t thank him enough as well as the nurses and drs with the anesthesiologist. Recommend!!!

Making the decision to travel to Mexico for bariatric surgery was something I took extremely seriously. I did an incredible amount of research before coming here—surgeons, hospitals, safety standards, emergency capabilities, anesthesia, patient experiences, and accreditation. I asked A LOT of questions!

One of the things that gave me additional confidence in choosing Hospital BC was its JCI accreditation (Joint Commission International). That was important to me when evaluating hospitals outside of the United States and was something I specifically researched before making my final decision.

Now that I am actually here and have experienced Hospital BC firsthand, I can confidently say that I am extremely pleased with my decision.

My mother had a procedure done with Dr. Alvarez and I tagged along as my mom’s companion. From the time the staff picks you up at the airport, to the day of procedure, throughout your entire stay - the staff is very attentive to the needs of their patients and their companions. The nurse staff and physicians were incredible - Beto and Luiz were phenomenal concierges! You are in great hands and care here at Hospital BC!
