It’s my 4th time staying here for various procedures and the staff and care is always above and beyond. They have round the clock care and try their best to help you feel comfortable during such challenging times.

Everyone at Hospital BC was so accommodating and answered every question we had. From the beginning, our driver Sal put us at ease by asking if we had any questions he could answer and explaining how the process was going to go. Hello, I would like to start by saying my time here was nothing but amazing. The driver came to pick us up bright and early. He ( Beto) help us with our bags and was so kind. I can say everyone was so kind from the front desk to the doctor and nurses everyone was helpful and going above and beyond for my companion and I. This place is so clean and the people here are thoughtful and make you feel at home.

I came here as a travel companion for my daughter. From the time she qualified for VSG, the staff here has been amazing. Great communication. They took great care of her. As nervous as we were, couldn't ask for a better experience. From our driver who picked us up at the airport Jaziel. And the others in between. The hotel was great, even had a Starbucks for me. Beto knew to give me that hug when I needed it, Luis who brought me food and drinks. They catered to our every need, without even having to ask.
And honestly I can't tell you just how wonderful and amazing all the Doctors, nurses, and entire staff is. After SOOOO much research and reviewing hospitals. We chose Hospital BC. Best decision ever!

After doing a lot of research on different hospitals I’m so glad I chose this place for my gastric sleeve. The staff here is absolutely amazing. Everyone was so extremely nice and helpful. Beto And Luis were a huge help with anything we needed at any time of day. The nurses are very attentive and check in on you regularly to make sure you have everything you need. Overall very pleased with my experience and highly recommend!!!
