Back for a revision. OVER all great experience. Beto made sure my husband got food and to get out.of the hospital while I recovered very greatful for his service. Thank you so much Hospital BC

From the moment I was picked up at the Airport in San Diego to the drive to the hotel then to the hospital the following morning. The staff has been tremendous! Especially Beto, extremely attentive, kind and knowledgeable, Definitely the person you go too for whatever you need during your stay at Hospital B.C. The hospital has been very clean (better than in the states) ! Had my Surgery done yesterday on 5/25/26 by Dr. Illian and I cant wait to see the results down this journey. I Highly recommend Hospital B.C to anyone who is looking at transforming there life for the better 🙏🏼👍🏻

The entire team at Hospital BC exceeded my expectations! From when I first arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. Seriously, the bedside manner of every single member has been just remarkable. Could not recommend highly enough. Great experience all around. Thanks to all the doctors, nurses and of course, Luis and Beto, too!

I've come from Arkansas to have this mini gastric bypass all of the staff nurses and Drs are AMAZING! IF I could give 100 stars I would! The nurse staff is so attentive!! The surgeon Dr illlan was amazing! The drivers are so awesome everything went amazing very little pain after surgery all of the staff makes your comfort first priority!! Definitely recommend this life changing experience!! Beto and sal have been amazing as well helping us navigate everything!! ALSO Definitely definitely recommend THE SPA at the hospital! they have so many options at a very reasonable price from massage to facials and dentistry I had the relaxation massage, dermablation, and Hollywood peel dsy before surgery. Needless to say I'm unbothered by anything lol! 10/10 stars for them as well!!!! Don't hesitate to take on this life changing experience!

My husband had weight loss surgery here. This place is spectacular! Far exceeds all expectations for medical tourism. Beto is a huge help and can do anything you need! He is always just around the corner to assist!

My stay at BC has been absolutely wonderful from the moment I arrived. I was honestly nervous and had a lot of fears about coming here, but those worries quickly disappeared after meeting Beto, and the entire team. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care immediately made me feel welcome and at ease.

Beto went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed throughout my stay. The hospitality here is truly exceptional, and the atmosphere feels warm, safe, and inviting. It’s rare to find a place where the staff treats you like family, but that’s exactly how I felt at BC.

I’m incredibly grateful for such a positive experience and would highly recommend BC to anyone looking for a place where they will be cared for and supported from the very beginning.

This place was amazing I was scared leaving the US for surgery. From the time of being selected to the time of setting my surgery date the staff was informative and checked in on my via phone and the Bariatric app. We were given the phone number for the driver who picked us up from the airport and took us to the hospital for the lab work and a majority of the paperwork. From there they took us to the hotel where they helped check us in. We went to our room and got settled. I ordered a complimentary liquid diet meal for me and then my husband and I walked the charming cobble stone roads, and did some local shopping. We were picked up the following morning from our driver and took us to the hospital for surgery. From the time we got checked in taken to our room, through the surgery we had amazing care. Dr. Jalil Illan and his staff have consistently demonstrated professionalism throughout my experience. The transportation service provided by Sal, who picked me up at the San Diego airport and drove me to the BCN hospital in Tijuana, was exceptional. Beto has been instrumental in navigating me through the hospital, addressing my needs with great efficiency. The doctors and nurses have provided outstanding care during my stay, particularly after my operation.
