The whole staff at Hospital BC are amazing. They literally take care everything you need and want. Even the hotel staff is right on point with everything. Dr. ILLAN was awesome. No doctor has ever made me feel more comfortable. He truly loves his job and treated me like I was family. The drivers are super cool. Jaziel did a great job picking me up at the airport. Beto was attentive to my every need. I would recommend this Hospital and all of there services. Truly a great and trustworthy staff.

The experience is great overall. The team takes care of all the small things so you don’t have to. They are great and the patient handlers (Beto/Carlos/Henry) are sincere and very attentive. Highly recommend this team to anyone looking to take back control of their life.

I highly recommend coming to Hospital BC! Beto and Sal are amazing and very helpful and informative, from plane pickup to hotel and hospital! The moment you book your surgery they answer any questions you have! Dr Illan and his staff are fantastic! I love how comfortable they make you feel here! If you are on the fence with who to choose, I say go with them! Best of luck in your journey!

My experience was great! Beto was with me the entire time checking in on me and making sure I was good. All the staff was incredible. Very patient and helpful. I would highly recommend coming here!

During my stay at Hospital BC was a blessing. Since the arrival at pick up (my driver was Beto & Sal) I felt safe and welcomed. Hotel Real Inn was great and Beto pick me up safety to hospital and everything went perfectly great! Service, customer service, support, comfort, and peace is what I felt during stay and surgery. I will return again differently. Thank you so much!
