Top notch service at hospital bc. Dr illian was very informative and beto and the rest of the staff were very helpful

Everyone has been amazing. This is by far the best hospital experience in my life. Sal picking us up at the airport is the most fun I’ve had on a ride in as long as I can remember. Sarah is the sweetest receptionist I’ve ever met. Beto is always helpful and gets you where you have to go and keeps you informed. DR Illan does amazing work and I couldn’t be more pleased. The star of the show for me is Louis. If you go for a walk he goes with you. Never stops smiling. And will do absolutely anything you ask.

Amazing experience, amazing staff and super clean hospital. Highly recommend. Staff communicated with me since my very first interest of the surgery.

My experience with Dr.Illan and the staff at Hospital BC was Top Tier! From the arrival at the airport Sal my transportation driver was wonderful. Everyone at the hospital was so kind and welcoming. Especially Beto💕 My surgery went smoothly no pain only Gas pains but the more you walk the pains gets easier. Dr.Illan is a phenomenal doctor and I am so glad I chose Hospital BC.

OMG so much to say about the hospital staff. Starting with Henry (my coordinator), he was always so kinds and happy to answer all my questions. Salvador, the driver from California to Tijuana, amazing guy too, he kept me entertained the whole trip here, Beto and Luis were also above and beyond when it became to transportation and finding food for my companion. The Nurses, doctors, Nutritionists and the entire staff, including Sara from the font desk were incredible. Definitely recommended.

Came all the way from Houston Texas all on my own was a little scared at first but felt right at home once I got to the hospital! The receptionist was very sweet since I first got here as well as all the nurses & staff. The drivers Beto, Sal & Jose Luis have been so nice & asking me if I need anything on a regular basis!
This was my second biatric surgery and my first one with Dr Illan and I absolutely don’t regret coming to him! Will definitely recommend him to family and friends!

The staff here are all amazing. They make you feel comfortable and are very attentive to your needs. They have a mixture of only Spanish speaking staff and very fluent English/Spanish speaking staff.

Sara at the front desk is the first person you meet and she is a bubbly and friendly person, which is a great way to start your journey with the hospital.

Beto, my valet, has been brilliant and very attentive to my needs, making sure I had whatever I needed, even going to the cafe to pick up my liquid meals and dropping them off wherever I am (room or outside in the sun).

Henry was my coordinator and he was wonderful at his job making me feel comfortable along every second of the journey and answering any questions that I had.
