I came to Hospital BC to get my gastric sleeve done. It was an amazing experience from when Jaziel picked me up at the airport to when I got to the hospital and met everyone else on the team. Beto was also big help to me helped me around a lot. 5/5 stars from me to Hospital BC.-Ricardo Santos

1000000/100 perfect recommend Hospital BC for any gastric surgery needs because this staff and hospital has been the best the cleanest and the nicest that I have ever been to. It is compared to nothing in the United States. Beto has been the best translator and help anybody can ask for my Dr has been perfect and answered any questions and has been there the entire way they’ve made sure I’ve been in no pain and are comfortable at all times. I would recommend this to anybody anytime.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Beto was amazing, as well as everyone else on the staff. This has been, by far, the best hospital stay I’ve had.

Hospital BC is absolutely fantastic! From the moment Hector picked us up from the airport and got us to the hotel, it has been amazing! The hospital staff greeted us and got all labs, pre op testing done in such a timely fashion. I was in surgery within a few hours of arriving. The anesthesiologist talked to me and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Illan came in and made me feel comfortable before surgery. All the nurses here are incredible! Some speak more English than others. Luis and Beto are AMAZING! They are your hospital liaisons and get you everything you need. So so thankful for this wonderful experience! My recovery has been amazing! This was by far the BEST decision ever to come here and have this sleeve done!

The support staff: Beto, Henry, Sarita, Sal & Flor were all very helpful and friendly. The hospital itself was clean and welcoming, and I felt well-cared for throughout my stay. I am truly grateful for the exceptional care I received and would highly recommend this hospital to others."

This facility is filled with people who are helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming. I wish I could remember everyone's names i would list them here. I want to give big shout outs to Beto and Henry and the nursing staff and for their continuous support.

I recently had surgery here and I just want to say how grateful I am for the care I received. From the moment I arrived, everyone — from the nurses to the doctors and support staff — was incredibly attentive, kind, and professional. I felt well taken care of every step of the way. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel calm and reassuring. Thank you to the entire team for your excellent care and compassion!

They were very professional and kind. The staff was super good at explaining the procedures and medication to me and the got me safely across the border. My procedure went without any issues and I am due back home tomorrow. Big Thanks to Dr. Illian and his team.
