Hospital BC

My experience at Hospital BC has been nothing but extraordinary! From the pre-op contact with Henry to the amazing attention I received from Beto on a daily basis making sure I was alright. Everyone answered all my questions and made sure I understood the process clearly and would be prepared once I made it home. Definitely would recommend to anyone who wants to take that next step to a better life!

Had a wonderful experience! It started with the pick up from the airport. Driver kept in contact with me the whole time. Once I arrived for my pre-op testing was treated by each and every staff member with kindness. Beto the valet was very helpful with navigating all my needs. Dr. Illian was amazing to work with, he explained everything in detail and was there for any and all questions. The nursing staff was amazing as well, very helpful and caring. I would recommend treatment at Hospital BC, it has been better than any care in the US hands down!

I can’t say enough about the service at hospital BC. I’ve been treated like like family every step of the way. From being picked up to being checked in to the surgery to the care after five stars all the way. I would give it 10 stars if I could. I can’t think enough the staff like Beto for taking care of me and my father. I would definitely recommend every everyone in my family the service

I am leaving tomorrow and so far my care has been great! The people here are prompt, professional, kind, and so very encouraging. I have not felt judged and they have been so very active in my recovery. Dr. Illan was so kind. Anesthesia was great and so welcoming. Everyone has been so helpful and I would definitely recommend this experience to others. Louis and Beto were the best!! The only down side was the traffic but nothing anyone could do about that ;)

My time at hospital BC has been an incredible time. All the staff from the nurses to the drivers have been amazing, Beto was really good at interacting with us and he even took my companion out to try some tacos. The facility is clean from the rooms to the hallways and lobbies. I would recommend Dr jalil illan and his facility to anyone:)

My wife and I came down for both of us to get bariatrics surgery and it was nothing but a great experience the entire time. The hospital staff are attentive and want to help you as much as they can. The drives are amazing and all the doctors are great. If you need a bariatrics surgery I highly recommend hospital BC in Tijuana!

Dr. Illan was amazing and was quick with surgery and was very attentive to us after surgery.

I've had nothing but the best experience here! Every single person I have come in contact with has been amazing. Sarah, Luis, Beto, Sal, Carlos, Dr. Illan, anesthesiologist, nurses, Flor, people from the spa...absolutely everyone. I felt welcome from the moment I stepped into the transport from the airport. The hospital facility itself is beautiful. The room is spacious, smells good, has its own heating/air, comfy bed, nice bathroom. Highly recommend!!

Professional and efficient. The best experience I have ever had in a hospital. I would highly recommend. I’m even planning to come back again if I need skin removal or any other plastic surgery.
