I had a great experience selling my home through Chandler Crouch Realtors. It was a first class experience from top to bottom. After the setup and photos (including the 360 degree view photos) our house looked so amazing that we didn't want to sell it. We worked with Bryan Cargill who was amazing- super responsive and informative. The whole team was great to work with and our house sold very quickly!

Me and my wife worked with Mr. Ray McNamara to purchase a home in Fort Worth. Being active duty military, we were not stationed near the area to be able to shop for homes in person prior to our PCS. Mr. McNamara was kind enough to visit properties we were interested in and send us photos, in addition to coordinating with our lender, linking up with the home inspector during the walkthrough, offering extensive advice on negotiating price, and pretty much anything else we asked prior to closing. This was truly a seamless experience because of this agent!

The HUD class that Chandler Crouch was very helpful. He went through all the steps to a HUD transaction and was even to help with tips to make things move smoother. It was also helpful to meet representatives from a title company and a lender who work with HUD transactions frequently.
