I have been very satisfied with every protest over the past 4 years Chandler has done for me. In the past I always did my own protest and was successful in getting a reduction, not as good as Chandler has been able to secure, but he’s the professional! I recently retired and my only real huge bill anymore is my property taxes! Any relief, I am so grateful for. I hope and pray you continue this service! Chandler and his staff have protested my property taxes for the past several years, always being successful in getting them reduced. So when it came time to sell my house, I chose Chandler’s agency to sell my home. When I called to make an appointment with an agent, I told the person answering the phone, I wanted an aggressive and seasoned agent..she told me I know just who to call for you, Bryan Cargill. We met, he went over all the comps in my area, discussed what would be the marketing strategy, had a stager come to my house to help prepare my home for market, and I got busy getting the house ready for pictures. Bryan did an excellent job of taking photos. Bryan did his homework when it came to an original listing price. Once the house went ‘live’ on the market, I had a full price offer within 3 days! The whole process went very smoothly, still giving guidance until signing....

We were looking for someone who would help us sell our home quickly and efficiently since we were moving out of state. All team members communicated with us quickly, effectively, and respectfully. Micah was great working through some difficult situations with our buyers, keeping us up to date through the whole process.
