Expert advice, great communication, and demonstrated understanding of my needs through the process. Although I would not consider myself a "difficult" client, I admit that my requirements tended to quickly change based on external factors. I have been very satisfied with every protest over the past 4 years Chandler has done for me. In the past I always did my own protest and was successful in getting a reduction, not as good as Chandler has been able to secure, but he’s the professional!
