I chose Chandler Crouch due to their glowing online reviews from multiple sources. I worked with George and Tracie on my purchase. As a first time homebuyer, George was able to guide me through the process and be the trusted advisor I needed. George was available any day and at all hours when I'd have questions or wanted updates on the process. He truly made the process as painless as it could be. I enjoyed working with him so much, that I referred him to my friend who's now closing on her own home with him as her realtor, this week.

I'd recommend George to anyone I know as someone they can trust and make their real estate deal as seamless as possible.

Knows how to communicate with prospects and gets the job done in a timely and respectful way of renting or selling of my property at Lexington Place , when some properties have been up for either sale or rent for a 6 or 1 yr time frame , my home was listed for 1 month and rented out the last week of that month .

My experience with Chandler Crouch Real Estate Company was 5 star!. After speaking with the assistant to Mr. Crouch my listing was referred to Ruth Potts. My previous position as a real estate agent led me to request an agent to represent the listing and was dedicated to their seller's needs. Ruth went through my home and suggested some minor repairs. She has her own group of excellent specialists who made the repairs, located other areas that needed to be upgraded and worked with me in a timely manner.
