I've used Chandler Crouch Realtors for my property tax protests for years, and I've always been very happy with the results. Therefore it was a very easy decision on who to use when it came time to sell my house. Rachel, Tracie, and the whole Chandler Crouch team were amazing from start to finish! They made the process seem easy. It couldn't have gone any better! I'll definitely use them again the next time I'm buying or selling a home.

Chandler Crouch Realty has helped us protest our property taxes for several years so when we decided to sell our home we wanted to work with a realtor that was familiar with our property value over the years. Our realtor, Micah Tomasella, did not disappoint. He prepared a thorough analysis of our marketability and his team, as well as himself, were in constant contact with us. We sold our property within 6 days of listing for slightly more than listing price. Amazing! We have sold other properties in the past but this time, with Micah's team, it has been by far the best experience.

Chandler and his staff have protested my property taxes for the past several years, always being successful in getting them reduced. So when it came time to sell my house, I chose Chandler’s agency to sell my home. When I called to make an appointment with an agent, I told the person answering the phone, I wanted an aggressive and seasoned agent..she told me I know just who to call for you, Bryan Cargill. We met, he went over all the comps in my area, discussed what would be the marketing strategy, had a stager come to my house to help prepare my home for market, and I got busy getting the house ready for pictures. Bryan did an excellent job of taking photos. Bryan did his homework when it came to an original listing price. Once the house went ‘live’ on the market, I had a full price offer within 3 days! The whole process went very smoothly, still giving guidance until signing....

Knows how to communicate with prospects and gets the job done in a timely and respectful way of renting or selling of my property at Lexington Place , when some properties have been up for either sale or rent for a 6 or 1 yr time frame , my home was listed for 1 month and rented out the last week of that month .

My experience with Chandler Crouch Real Estate Company was 5 star!. After speaking with the assistant to Mr. Crouch my listing was referred to Ruth Potts. My previous position as a real estate agent led me to request an agent to represent the listing and was dedicated to their seller's needs. Ruth went through my home and suggested some minor repairs. She has her own group of excellent specialists who made the repairs, located other areas that needed to be upgraded and worked with me in a timely manner.
