Realter Luis was a very good realter
Knows how to communicate with prospects and gets the job done in a timely and respectful way of renting or selling of my property at Lexington Place , when some properties have been up for either sale or rent for a 6 or 1 yr time frame , my home was listed for 1 month and rented out the last week of that month .

My experience with Chandler Crouch Real Estate Company was 5 star!. After speaking with the assistant to Mr. Crouch my listing was referred to Ruth Potts. My previous position as a real estate agent led me to request an agent to represent the listing and was dedicated to their seller's needs. Ruth went through my home and suggested some minor repairs. When we started the house buying process, we didn't really know what we wanted or generally how the process worked. Luis did an absolutely amazing job at walking us through each and every step of the house buying process and keeping us updated and addressing our concerns even into the later hours of the night. During the house tours, he would always point out every issue he saw and really acted in our best interest and wasn't just there to sell us just any house but the house that we wanted and was best for us.
