I'm not one to write reviews with any sort of regularity, so you either need to really impress me, or really make me upset to get me to write a review outside of picking a star rating. This was the former.

I had been having Chandler Crouch's office assist us with protesting our taxes for 3 years now. I remember the first time, I was also asked if I would be willing to retain their services if I ever sold my house. Given all the money they saved me with the protests, when it came time to sell, I remembered that, and reached out.

We worked directly with Rachel Adkins at Chandlers office. We also received support from several other staff at the office. I was surprised when I saw their commission rates were slightly higher than other realtors I had worked with. My Wife and I had been talking about selling our house and retiring for months. In June We decided to go ahead and do it.
Last year, Chandler Crouch helped us protest a very high TAD tax assessment. Chandler Crouch didn’t charge us anything, while helping to greatly decrease our property taxes.

Amazing service and attention to detail. Their communication has been great and they took a lot of stress out of the closing process. These guys are great at working out solutions to challenges that arise during the closing process, they came through on a last minute curve ball that could have pushed out closing to a much later date.
