I have not yet utilized Chandler’s real estate services, however I did watch his extremely informative guide to protesting property taxes. I protest annually, however after watching his tutorial, I realized I was being too conservative in my challenges. This year I was able to reduce my appraised Market Value from $798,000 to $727,634! I look forward to working with his agency in the future.
