While I have not yet used Chandler Couch to buy or sell property, I have used his office and his team to protest my taxes TWICE , and both times have been very successful! They provide outstanding customer service and communication!

I LOVE Chandler Crouch because of Luis Martinez specifically! This was my first time selling a house and walked me through the process step by step. He was extremely patient when I told him we had to get the roof done prior to selling. He explained how due to timing, we could fall out of “peak” selling season, but that didn’t deter him. While we were waiting on the roof repair he would check in periodically to make sure we were okay.

Once the roof was done, all systems were go. He set up a stager to come and get the house in the best shape possible. Helped with pictures and got the property listed quickly. I told him our house would selll in a week and a half and it did. He made sure we understood how the market was working and options we had when negotiating our price. He was so patient and hands on. It had been close to 20 years since I had purchased a home and so much had changed since I went through the process of buying a house in my area of Texas. Of course housing market values had changed but also some state and local real estate laws had changed as well. I was assigned William Henry as my sales agent and I could not have been assigned a more patient agent to deal with all my insecurities and constant questioning concerning the home buying process.
