Went to Disney between Xmas and new years. Rented scooter for 3 days. This was fantastic. Great price. Stayed charged all day. Was delivered and picked up on time.

These guys were nothing short of amazing. We needed a scooter at the last minute while at Magic Kingdom because they ran out and my father can't walk well. They not only came in clutch they even met me at the front gate so I could run out and bring it inside to my father. Then delivered a second scooter to my hotel when our flights was cancelled going home. The lady I spoke to for both reservations was extremely kind and understanding. She worked to navigate getting the scooter to my father. I can't not say how happy we are. Will hands down always get our scooters from them from now till the end of time

The BEST customer service you could ever ask for. Very patient and kind. My scooter was acting up after day 1, they immediately delivered a new one and a free upgrade!

No problem with the scooter at all, but a bit of a mix-up dropping it off because of the incorrect office hours they have listed online.

Amazing service! My 94 year old Dad's scooter broke down at 4pm on a Saturday, I had a rental scooter at his location by 430pm! Great communication, Highly recommend

The scooter I had quit in Downtown Disney! Rough for one who can’t walk much and needs to get to bus now! I’m thinking it was a short or over heating because it would go and suddenly stop. Hen it worked it was good but brought a lot of anxiety when it didn’t. My son called and reported it and meet with pick up guy. Never got a notice of knowing it malfunctioned or anything. Hope another customer doesn’t get this scooter and gave same issues!
