I have consistently rented from Big Orange for several years now. They are very personable and have amazing customer service! Over the years I have had small issues pop up and when I call they are very quick to help! Kerri, who takes the reservations, is very nice and super knowledgeable. Every single delivery/pick up person has been professional and prompt. I can't say enough good things about Big Orange!

This place has been my GO-TO scooter rental place for years. They always accommodate my needs, even when I reach out last minute. I’ve rented the Go go elite and the Victory many times. Convenient drop off and pick up arrangements. If I ever have any issues, they are quick to fix it. If you need to rent a mobility scooter, this is the place to get it from. Their prices are cheaper than renting from resort properties. I love them!
