We had a great experience dealing with Big Orange Mobility. We were in Disney World and needed a mobility scooter to use at the parks. Called them on the phone and it was delivered to our hotel the next morning at the exact time promised. The unit worked perfectly and was in very good condition for a rental. We received the same good service when it was time to be picked up. The driver was right on time and was extremely courteous, as was the delivery driver. Big Orange Mobility has a new regular customer when we visit DW. Thanks for the excellent service!

I have rented from Big Orange Mobility for my last few trips to Disney. Their scooters are always new and arrive fully charged. The online booking is easy and the prices are excellent. I also know they will deliver and pickup promptly, as their service is always exceptional. Highly recommend.

I love big orange because they delivered right to my hotel and picked it up when I was done with it. It was there on time had a basket cupholder. I think this year was my fourth or fifth year using big orange mobility.

We were late for our meeting time and Big Orange had left several messages with instructions for us. Upon arrival we called and our scooter was delivered very quickly. They were considerably cheaper than renting through Disney, and the vehicle was pristine. Great job!

I was in Disney for the Marathon Weekend - had thought I made a reservation with another company, but it was just a quote - I had just torn my meniscus and was unable to get around - I called Big Orange Mobility and they had a scooter available, delivered it on property at Old Key West, picked it up and it was about $50 cheaper than the other company. They were great and I was so happy they could accommodate my last-minute request - it would have been dreadful if I did not have a scooter.
