Over the years I have had small issues pop up and when I call they are very quick to help! Kerri, who takes the reservations, is very nice and super knowledgeable. Every single delivery/pick up person has been professional and prompt. I can't say enough good things about Big Orange!

This place has been my GO-TO scooter rental place for years. They always accommodate my needs, even when I reach out last minute. I’ve rented the Go go elite and the Victory many times. Convenient drop off and pick up arrangements. If I ever have any issues, they are quick to fix it. If you need to rent a mobility scooter, this is the place to get it from. Their prices are cheaper than renting from resort properties. I love them!

We rented mobility scooters from Big Orange Mobility for a men’s retreat in Orlando, and the experience was excellent.

The team was responsive and easy to work with, and delivery and pickup were seamless and on time. The scooters were in great condition, easy to use, and provided reliable support throughout the retreat.

We would definitely recommend them for group events or individual needs.

I rent from Big Orange every few months and I have never had a problem, Natalie and Kerrie are the nicest women, my mobility cart is always waiting for me when I get there, holds a good charge! And even last minute the sent over a mobility cart to our rental when our adult son hurt himself so he could enjoy the rest of vacation... the repeat discount is a nice touch too.. thanks for helping make my trip easier!

We have used Big Orange for several years. This company has the best customer service ever and the equipment is always clean and fully charged. We had a medical emergency and had to leave immediately we call Big Orange Mobility and they said no problem.They told where to leave the scooter and they picked it up later that day. We have been relocated because our resort over booked and they made the change immediately and it was ready for us at picked at the new resort. Always so kind. I recommend them to everyone.

I I have used Big orange Mobility two times. delivery on was on time the delivery technician took time to explain how the mobility device worked how to use the charger and how to take the scooter apart. Also, the office personnel are outstanding. They answered all my questions and were very courteous and kind on the phone I will only use Big orange Mobility.

Big Orange Mobility was such a big help with getting us a scooter do my dad while on our Disney trip! They delivered right to the hotel as well as picked up on last day. The scooter was in great condition and worked perfectly during our trip. The battery was fully charged and kept a great charge on our long park days! Highly recommended!!!!!

Big Orange was amazing. I have never rented a mobility scooter before and they made it so affordable, easy, and efficient. The company delivered the scooter to my resort in advance and collected it after our departure. Not having to deal with an offsite location was convenient. It is worth the security of gambling on rental availabilities at the parks.
