Excellent costumer service! Scooter was dropped off and picked up at the assigned time. We lost our car keys and locked up the charger in the car. They were so kind to lend us another charger and were so helpful when we added an extra day!

Irene was very friendly and very helpful in helping me find the best scooter for me. Also loved that they delivered to my hotel and pick up from the hotel. I have been renting scooters for a few years and always use Big Orange Mobility they stand behind their equipment. I had problems with my scooter battery not holding the charge and gave a call to Natalie in the office. She had her driver bring me a replacement and I was on my way. Thank you for the great service.

Great pricing and great service! Prompt flexible timing for delivery and pick! No hidden fees or extras! Special thanks for helping us last minute - it saved our Disney Vacation due to an unforeseen injury! We have used other companies in the past for the Grandparents but will call Big Orange next time when planning ahead now that we know about them!

Great place to rent a mobility scooter, staff are great at explaining how everything works, it was a great location for us for pick up and drop off, pleanty of parking. Highly recommend this place as there prices are very competitive.

Very easy and simple company to deal with, I phoned up to hire a go go elite 3, they dealt with everything quick and efficiently, arrived at the store to pick the scooter up which was ready and waiting to go, was in the store for about 5 mins.

No weve found these guys we won’t be using anyone else, the scooter was great for the park days.

Wonderful experience. I like to call people and found the process to be very simple. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and it was very easy to work with. They showed up to the house when they said they were going to and they picked up when they were going to. The delivery guy showed me how to put it together, and there was always a phone number that I could reach somebody at. I’m going again, but too far for them to drop off, and they still went out of their way to explain the different scooters to me even though I wouldn’t be using them for this trip. If you are going to be in Kissimmee, they are a wonderful company to work with.

I can’t say enough good things about Big Orange Mobility. Two days before our family trip to Disney World, I tore my meniscus and honestly thought I might have ruined the trip for myself. I was really worried about how I was going to keep up with my family and make it through the long days and all the walking.

I found Big Orange Mobility and rented a Go-Go Elite 3 scooter, and I’m so glad I did. The whole process was incredibly easy, especially considering how stressful everything felt with my injury. Decided to get an elec wheelchair last minute starting Sunday of Labor Day weekend. Called many places and Big Orange was the only one with availability. Delivered to Universal resort hotel much quicker than expected. Process was easy and staff was so helpful. Wheelchair held charge for 10 miles in parks with plenty of battery left, Definitely recommend and would use again!
