I rented a power chair for a family member with very limited mobility for our rental home and then our Disney resort during a vacation! They were WONDERFUL to work with and showed up on time! And very reasonable! Would use them again any time!

Always on time lift chair is clean and the gentleman who deliverer are very helpful and make sure it is in working order. I would highly recommend them for all your mobility needs. We have used them at both of our son's in Virginia and Ohio.

Friendly and very helpful over the phone. Made a suggestion for a different type of rental based on needs and activities. I’m so glad I listened! The electric scooter was delivered on time, in good condition, exactly as it was supposed to be. It was plenty comfortable, powerful, speed was great too. I will definitely rent from Big Orange anytime I’m in the area.

Beyond 5 stars. The most affordable and reliable mobility chair and accessories. They also pick up the chair, which is great. We had problems leaving extras in our rental and almost missed our flight, and they had no problems i understanding that and we got it mailed back to them. Thanks so much for being there! We will use you again and recommend!

Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. A service provided was excellentl.it was great to have these in the area because everything for the most part is handicapped accessible, so do not be afraid to use these machines.Especially if you have difficulty in walking, it's a must.In arizona, I thank them for all of their help and kindness and I will definitely use them again.

I have consistently rented from Big Orange for several years now. They are very personable and have amazing customer service! Over the years I have had small issues pop up and when I call they are very quick to help! Kerri, who takes the reservations, is very nice and super knowledgeable.
