It was an easy and wonderful experience. The employees were so knowledgeable and helpful. It was our first time using a scooter and they were so patient with us teaching us about it. I would highly recommend them.

Long time back and hip pain sufferer here. We planned a vacation trip to Sea World with our daughter and her family. I knew I could not keep up with them so we decided to rent a scooter. We got our scooter from Big Orange Mibility and it was the most awesome experience ever! They delivered the scooter to our resort, and gave instructions on how to take it apart. That little scooter saved our vacation! I kept up with everyone, carried some extra things we needed in my basket and even held my grandaughter when she got tired. Many of the parks actually rent scooters, but their prices are crazy. Big Orange was very reasonable and I got it for the entire week for what I would have paid for only 2 days at the parks! Definitely will be renting again when we come back next year!

I have used big orange 3 times and the service has been excellent. My unit is always waiting for me as scheduled, in good condition and the company is very responsive. On my last visit I selected a bigger unit and found i could not lift it and fit in the vehicle easily. They swapped it out for another unit within the hour and we were on our way. Great company to work with.

We’ve used Big orange twice now for a recliner for vacation at Florida resorts. Very helpful and accommodating! Our uncle slept well on vacation. Now they do this everywhere they travel!

We needed a recliner for my uncle for vacation 2025 and ever went so well we used Big Orange again in 2026. Easy to book, we called once we got to the resort with our room number and they delivered it to the room. Very easy!

Scooter was delivered well in advance to my hotel. When it needed to be returned, the hotel staff had me place it in a secure location to be picked up. Phone contact with Big Orange Mobility was excellent. Small scooter worked well at Disney. My first time using one. Having to disassemble and assemble it to fit scooter in my SUV was a little difficult for me and my DIL. We took the battery to our hotel room to charge each evening, needing luggage cart to transport it. I could not have endured the 25,000 steps that our family did each day at Disney without the scooter. I added the front and back baskets which were helpful. I ordered the sun screen, but due to winds, I did not use it.

We had such a great experience with Big Orange Mobility. We needed a scooter for my dad while at Disney. We called Big Orange from the poolside of our rental community, and by the time we got back to the house the scooter was waiting for us at the door (within 2 hours)!! Customer service was outstandingly good; very responsive by phone and email. The price was VERY reasonable for having the scooter for three days. Overall, the experience was convenient and the scooter was a game changer for our Disney experience. I would highly recommend Big Orange Mobility!!

The company was great to deal with. Our scooter was waiting for us when we checked into our hotel and we were able to leave it at a different resort, closer to the theme park, when we left town. When we extended our trip it was super simple to modify our rental. Very affordable cost, favorable vs renting from the theme park, and the scooter really helped us enjoy our vacation.

I was really happy with the scooter I chose. I felt safe and was easy to use. I do know next time I will prefer a taller captains chair due to my back and neck issues. Absolutely will be renting from Big Orange Mobility for our upcoming trip. Great service and I love the drop off and pickup at my resort. Made it easy on me.

What a relief it was to find Big Orange Mobility! My 93 yr old dad was visiting and I needed a comfortable , stable and handicap accessible chair for him to relax in. We had a great experience! The chair was delivered, set up and picked up with ease and professionalism. Highly recommend this place!

I have rented several times and had consistently great service each time. The delivery and pickup was friendly and on time. The equipment was in good condition and they were quick to answer any questions I had. They are always great to work with.

Rented a scooter for my mom and the delivery and pickup were perfect timing!! Mom loved the size and didn't have to charge it for 5 days!!

We were in Orlando from April 4th to the 12th and had to rent a scooter for my wife, they came to deliver the scooter to our house we were renting for the 8 days on time and picked it up when we asked them to. They were extremely professional and very courteous, the whole experience was phenomenal and if we ever have the need to rent one again I wouldn’t hesitate.

They were courteous and went out of their way to accommodate us when we needed to change our plans. I highly recommend them especially if you are going to the parks. Way cheaper than renting from the parks as well.

Big Orange Mobility provided us with exceptional service and treatment. We had a lift chair delivered to our condo prior to a cruise as well as afterwards. They were prompt in delivery and pick up both times. We will definitely use them again in any trips to the Orlando/Kissimmee area.

We already plan on renting again in July and November when we return to Disney. Your company was so great to drop off and pick up the mobility scooter at our resort. So thankful for this since we flew.

Big Orange saved the last two days of my vacation so I could enjoy Disney. Thank you so much.
