Rental process was very quick and efficient. We were able to pick our rental mobility scooter up in the morning right before we went to Universal Studios.

The scooter provided my grandmother with a very enjoyable experience. We got to take her around the entire theme park without her, getting physically exhausted from all the walking. The staff was very kind and informative. We greatly appreciated there help, and professionalism.

I recommend Big Orange Mobility 100%! This very affordable and light weight scooter made my sister, who is battling health issues still be able to enjoy life! ( and we got good seats at the shows at Sea World 😂💕 Renting was super easy and they work well with the hotels. We definite will be renting again soon!!

Big Orange Mobility saved the day. I needed a scooter for almost two weeks. They offered the best rate and even dropped the scooter off and picked it up at the time I needed them to. The scooter stayed charged the whole day and into the night while in the Disney Parks. I highly recommend this company.

I had an issue with the scooter I rented but they brought me a replacement as soon as they opened the next morning. It was my second time renting from Big Orange, but it won’t be my last!

I rent from big orange often and have always had a great experience. The one time I had difficulty with my scooter, they had someone come out and meet me and exchange it with no issues. Which made the trip even more enjoyable for me knowing that a team was there to make sure everything was going smoothly and I was using great equipment. I look forward to renting from them again for my November and December trips!

Easy from start to finish and would definitely recommend and use again myself. Had never had a scooter await my arrival so didn’t know how that would work but no issues at all, there at my hotel when I arrived and just all around so easy to use. Great company to do business with!

Our experience was excellent. It arrived right when they said they would, they were very tentative on showing us how to use it how to charge it how to take it apart and put it back together and they were very prompt on picking it up. it was a great experience and will definitely use them again.

I’ve been using big Orange mobility for years, every time I visit the theme parks. Their service is impeccable. Delivery and pick up is always on time. On my last trip, I forgot to pre-order the scooter and they were so accommodating with same-day delivery. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs mobility assistance.
