Big Orange Mobility was extremely responsive and met all our needs for renting a hospital bed. They were also very accommodating as we had to extend our rental for several weeks. They were very professional and we would certainly use them again in the future.

I was pleased with the service and rental. I needed a last minute rental due to an injury that occurred in the middle of an Epcot park day. I was online around 3:30pm that afternoon, found this company, booked a rental for 4:30pm that day until the end of our trip… they were at our resort by 5pm to drop off. It was super easy too. I would use them again.

My Brother and I have used several mobility services. None have been as helpful or as reliable as Big Orange Mobility. From the placement of the order to the delivery drivers, very professional, respectful and a great service.

I had to rent a scooter last minute and when I called everything went smooth, very pleasant, had exactly what I needed, delivery and pick up were right on time. It was the model I have at home but, could not take with me this time. I will rent again if I need too.

Very accommodating always on time

Big Orange was very helpful in supplying my knee scooter when needed at my convenience and I appreciated it! Drop off and pickup times were on time and as scheduled . Very friendly and easy to deal with !

I’ve always chosen Big Orange and will continue to do so eveytimre that I visit Florida. I was a bit upset at the fact that this time around I had some problem with the upper body part of the scooter. No matter how much we would tighten it the steering wheel kept going down which made it a bit difficult and a bit dangerous to drive. It seem to be one of your older scooters. Other than that it was delivered on time and completely charged like always.

Good service on delivery to my resort. On second day of use, scooters battery diedc early in the day, I immediately called the office and within an hour they delivered a new scooter to me at the Disney Resort that I was visiting that day. Fast friendly service by office staff and delivery driver. Would rent from them again when in the area and recommend their service.

Big Orange is the BEST! They delivers and picked up at my Disney resort. The scooter was great and the best ad on was the big orange ice chest. We filled it daily with snacks and drinks and saved so much money over the course of the week we were at Disney. I’ve used them twice and would highly recommend them!
