Easy from start to finish and would definitely recommend and use again myself. Had never had a scooter await my arrival so didn’t know how that would work but no issues at all, there at my hotel when I arrived and just all around so easy to use. Great company to do business with!

Our experience was excellent. It arrived right when they said they would, they were very tentative on showing us how to use it how to charge it how to take it apart and put it back together and they were very prompt on picking it up. it was a great experience and will definitely use them again.

I’ve been using big Orange mobility for years, every time I visit the theme parks. Their service is impeccable. Delivery and pick up is always on time. On my last trip, I forgot to pre-order the scooter and they were so accommodating with same-day delivery. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs mobility assistance.

I had rented a mobility lift chair for a week for a Disney vacation, had it delivered to the resort. Driver was extremely nice, went above and beyond. Sorry, forgot his name. I would definitely recommend Big Orange Mobility to anyone.

The people with Big Orange Mobility were fantastic from when I needed to pay the cost of the scooter in two payment, to a drop off scheduling problem from MY END, they worked with me. Drop off and pick up were seamless and my mother enjoyed not having to do a lot of walking in Orlando! Will definitely use them again when needed.

The people at Big Orange Mobility were fantastic. The reservation process was effortless booking a scooter for my mom. The delivery personnel worked with me when I created a scheduling problem thinking I had scheduled the drop off at the hotel for later in the day ( I was off by 3 hours!). They were able to adjust their schedule to work with mine. That was AMAZING! The delivery personnel showed me how to break down the scooter to be able to put it in my vehicle to transport around Orlando. The battery life was great. We didn't need to plug it up and we had it 4 days! They came to our hotel/resort and picked the scooter up from our room and we were able to leave immediately after. I highly recommend this company and will use them the next time I am in need of a scooter. GREAT VALUE!!!

I had been having trouble with my legs for a while. We went to Disney, Epic Universe, and 2 days at Worlds Cheerleading Competition. My scooter was a blessing! I was able to do everything. The price was great and the Rep was awesome! I highly recommend them.

I like the size of their scooters and their price is better than most other companies. The reservation workers are always nice and helpful over the phone. They deliver and pick up on time. Never have had an issue with any scooter while renting it.
