Good service on delivery to my resort. On second day of use, scooters battery diedc early in the day, I immediately called the office and within an hour they delivered a new scooter to me at the Disney Resort that I was visiting that day. Fast friendly service by office staff and delivery driver. Would rent from them again when in the area and recommend their service.

Big Orange is the BEST! They delivers and picked up at my Disney resort. The scooter was great and the best ad on was the big orange ice chest. We filled it daily with snacks and drinks and saved so much money over the course of the week we were at Disney. I’ve used them twice and would highly recommend them!

This place was great to work with. They made it easy to reserve a mobility scooter . I got the Victory Pride 4 wheel,
It was great. I used it 4 days and never had to recharge. They even let me extend an extra day.

ECV was as promised and delivered on time
When I had issues with the battery not holding a charge they replaced with a new scooter for remainder of rental time
No other issues
They were the best price based on my research

Rental process was very quick and efficient. We were able to pick our rental mobility scooter up in the morning right before we went to Universal Studios.

The scooter provided my grandmother with a very enjoyable experience. We got to take her around the entire theme park without her, getting physically exhausted from all the walking. The staff was very kind and informative. We greatly appreciated there help, and professionalism.

If wherever in Florida again, we will be returning as customers
