Big Box Storage

My experience with Big Box has been the easiest part of our move. Booked online, had a follow up phone call for details and everything went smoothly. Dropped off and picked up when they said they would. I expect the redeliver to go the same.

This was my first experience with Big Box. We had a very expensive rented storage shed ($550/mo), so we loaded it on a truck and brought it to the house. They offered to take the box to the shed and then pick it up, but the facility wouldn't allow this.
We ended up renting three boxes, and have now finished emptying one of them.
Everybody we dealt with, from the people in the office to the drivers, has been very professional, friendly, and helpful. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.

Excellent experience working with big box storage. From calling in customer service extremely knowledgeable and flexible with scheduling and delivery. Very accommodating. Delivery by Dan was excellent. He had perfect placement on the driveway of storage containers and was knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend. Is it for drop off and pick up an access of belongings as well.

Ben made it easy to order and offered great advice regarding how many boxes to use. The ordering process could not have been better- he knew his stuff. Dan dropped off for us. He called ahead and was also really knowledgeable. He helped determine the best box placement to make loading efficient. Overall, working with Big Box was smooth and time efficient. I’ll definitely be working with them for future projects.

I was helped by both Desmond at drop off and Dan at pick up. Both of them were responsive, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. What a pleasant experience in the stress of moving and so much change. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was also helpful and available for all my questions, and my entire experience has been exemplary. Easy to communicate with and great service.

As a person who has moved several times, and with multi-state moves, I have used many companies over the years and can say that Big Box is by far the best I have used. I have been so incredibly impressed with every part of my experience with Big Box Storage. First we used a packing company that they recommended to load our boxes and wow - 10/10, both day of and when we unloaded them 2 years later. They were still in perfect shape. Literally nothing moved. I feared how dirty everything would be after being in storage for so long, but it literally looked like they had just been packed the week before - which also goes to show the cleanliness of the storage facility that they use. The customer service with the staff regarding payments, scheduling and questions has been very friendly, professional and accommodating. The driver who dropped and picked up our boxes was so kind.
