My wife and I had 5 big box units delivered just now by Desmond. We asked him what the best option would be to line up the boxes for ease of access but also to allow for some driveway accessibility. He also took the time to make sure we understood the operation of the boxes. He was very professional, timely and exceeded our expectations!! --- Thank you Desmond and Big Box.

BigBox Storage was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Jeffrey, Morgan, and Jeremy made the whole process smooth, easy, and honestly way better than I expected. I've had some personal belongings and furniture stored at Big Box for a couple years now while I save to buy a house. Each time I've needed to schedule an access, it's gone easily and smoothly - mostly because Morgan and Jeremy in the office are AMAZING! I've done my research, and I truly believe Big Box is the greatest deal for storage services in San Diego. Thanks for wonderful service guys! <3
