Big Box not only made a complicated move super easy, they were very accommodating and flexible when our plans unexpectedly changed. Ben handled all of the details and made sure the drop off and pick up of our boxes was scheduled in time frames that worked for us. Upon delivery, the driver gave us good suggestions of how to place our boxes in front of our house. Everyone we talked to was friendly and professional. We highly recommend them and if we ever need to move or use storage again, we will use Big Box.
