zen cleaning does a phenomenal job! So easy to book online, you get a quick phone call promptly to get any details / nuances you want them to keep in mind and they are so thorough!! I was a little worried about my dog (who is afraid of the vacuum) but they were pros at handling the situation. My first cleaning was with Shondra, who was PHENOMENAL! She was prompt, cheery, and THOROUGH! I was so grateful after she finished with my space, and the Zen touches made everything feel extra special. Shonda was also very hygienic - she had house shoes out before I could even offer shoe covers for her outside shoes, she explained about the typical cleaning products Zen workers use, but she also kindly used the products I asked her to use on certain areas. There were no traces of dust after Shondra came to the rescue! I didn’t realize that a second person (supervisor?) would come to check the space during the first appointment, and I wish I had known prior, but I appreciated why they came by and that they cared so much for how satisfied I was with the work.
