This was our first time using Zen and they were great.

Pearl is the best! We have found "Zen" to be reliable and trustworthy and positive. Our apartment loves the clean!

The cleaning overall is good, but I would say that sometimes they forget the tiny details like cleaning behind the couch or putting trash bags after empyting the trahscans. I would say the last person that came was really good when my roomate was watching her but when she left I could see the differenc eof the rooms the clieaning person did while my roomate was there.

Zen Cleaning did the most amazing job. I have had a lot of different cleaning people and they are truly the best.

We are very happy with Zen home. We have them clean our apartment every other week. Everyone we have interacted with has been so friendly and professional. Our cleaning consultant, Shandra, does a great job, and we immediately felt comfortable with her. I like that Zen brings their own organic cleaning supplies so I don't have to purchase anything, and the essential oil diffuser they set up when they arrive is a nice touch. I highly recommend Zen Home Cleaning.
