I own a bowfishing guide service, and noticed that my boat was taking on water. It was during 9ne of my busiest times of the season. I called Nettle Props on Thursday, and they quickly got me scheduled for the following Monday. I was expecting it to take a couple of weeks, but they got me taken care of in two days! Awesome staff awesome work! Highly recommend!!

Great customer service and can do attitude

These guys are the best. I recently inherited a 1977 inboard/outboard boat and needed two props. They were able to determine exactly what I needed off of the top of their heads, with very little information. Fixed my good prop and sold me a very reasonable back-up. Highly recommended!!!

I’ve used these guys for years. Not only do they perform exceptional work, they deliver it with superb customer service. This is a family owned business 50+ years old, and it shows that the owner is deeply embedded in the business. Just a great group to work with.

I’d also add that they’ve been able to fix props that other shops turn away - they’re true artisans that aren’t simply taking the easy jobs for a quick buck.

I got a ding in my prop on a 15 hp engine. Having used Nettles back in the 70's I was happy to find they were still in business.
I worked with Kevin at the counter and showed him the ding.
He said the ding was so small it really didn't need to be repaired,
but he took it to the back for a couple of minutes and had the ding repaired... no charge!
I thought wow, still a customer service honest business. I had already decided to buy a backup prop to have if ever needed, so after a very pleasant conversation with Kevin,
I asked him what it would cost for a new prop. His price was the same as a reworked prop online.
I thought to myself I just received the same customer service
that I had back in the 70,s!
And that is why Nettles is still in business and will continue to be,
hopefully, for years to come.

This is my second order from nettle props. Call them up and a friendly guy named Kevin will help you get your boat propped correctly.. It’s my second order because he recommended a 16 or 17 pitch prop and I thought that was too much so I went with a 15……well, I just ordered a 17 🤣 you can lead a horse to water…

I ordered a custom prop from Nettles. I did it all online. I called 2 days later to verify the order. The girl that answered the phone seemed nice. She verified my order. The prop was delivered. This is the way all companies should work. You should order something and you should get it.
This used to be common practice, but today you have to leave a review when a company does what it's supposed to do and what you're paying him to do.
