Customer service was top tier, I called and spoke with a staff member directly who went above and beyond to get me a prop shipped very quickly after realizing my original purchase was back ordered. He even offered me the prop off his own boat which happened to be the same model size and pitch I was looking for, in the end we didn’t need to go that route but I’m very happy with the prop I received and the customer service I dealt with to get it in such a short time. Will be ordering all my future props from Nettle Props, plus they’re right here in the great state of Texas!

Ordered the ACME 515 13 x 12 for my 2000 Malibu Sporster. Very impressed! It seems like it is a little better performance all around. My old original prop was 13x13 stainless steel that apparently had a hairline crack and one blade broke off. I wasn’t sure about the new recommended 515 13 x 12 but I am very satisfied. Nettle shipped immediately so I was back on the water the next weekend.

Excellent experience all around!
Unfortunately I wrecked a prop and began searching for repairs. I reached out to a few prop shops and was immediately met with a welcoming response from Amy.
Not only did the repair make my prop look brand new, but JT looked at the damaged prop and was very fair in pricing!
If/ when I am need of prop work again, this will be my shop.

Thank you!!
