Wonder Dog Training

My 9-month old mini schnauzer was doing great with her commands, but needed support around reactivity. We had previously worked with a different trainer and it wasn't the right method for my pup, so I searched for trainers who specialize in reactivity and I lucked out with Swetlana. Lana showed up to the first session and had such a positive interaction with my pup, she came prepared for handouts to help me in-between sessions and used every minute of our time together to train me and my pup. Lana has a calm and soothing demeanor which was great for my dog and me! She never once made me feel like a failure for having a dog that is reactive, but gave me tools to help calm/relax my pup. She also was available in-between sessions to help answer questions, provide feedback, and support. I can't say enough great things about Wonder Dog Training. We had Emily as our trainer and she had such extensive knowledge of dog behavior and training that it was really amazing to get to learn from her. The amount of information she was able to gain during the evaluation, just based on what we had to say and the observation of how our dogs were acting was so impressive. We started with 7 sessions and ended up having 9, we will probably add on a few more in some months for refreshers. I appreciated that we were given information to review and keep to refer back to. I'd say that the training is really for the pet parents most of all, because you are the one that needs to put the work in and make sure you are putting what you learned into practice. We hired Corrina for the 2 week puppy board and train. We found her amazing! She really bonded with our dog Hazel and it was clear to us how much Hazel loved being with her while learning all her new manners. She gave us updates during her time including videos and even took her on excursions to help reinforce her training in different scenarios. She was great in the follow up meetings always making sure our questions were answered and making it easy for us to practice and understand all that Hazel had learned so we could learn and continue the training with her. I would highly recommend Corrina!

Reached out was connected with Keira Moore. She was thorough in her evaluation and provided a great plan that addresses our puppy manners, and reactivity. After 7 classes, Waffles is much more calmer and happier!

So glad we found Corinna! It gives such peace of mind knowing our girl is being well taken care of at daycare. So many other daycares have some scary reviews and it’s so hard to trust your dog is being properly taken care of when there’s so many dogs in one place. Having her watched by a positive reinforcement trainer and knowing she will get rest breaks is so important to us! She comes home super tired but in a content and happy way, not in a way that causes concern ☺️ highly recommend

My rescue Weim had some dog and defensive reaction issues. I had Melissa as a trainer and she was AWESOME! Very knowledgeable with dogs, their behaviors and reactions. Gave very good training tips and worked well with my Weim. I now have a very good foundation to continue the training we have been doing with him. He is much calmer and not as reactive to other dogs. My Weim is still a work in progress, but thanks to Melissa I feel like I can manage and continue the work we have been doing. She’s very invested in helping you, the owner, learn as well as your dog. I would HIGHLY recommend Wonder Dogs training and Melissa as a trainer. Very good experience and so glad I had her to help me over come the issues my beautiful rescued Weim came with, although no fault of his.

I hope I spell her name right, Corrina was not a your typical dog babysitter watcher, she is something else. She really took the time to understand my rescue dog August and made every effort to socialize August with other dogs, play with her, and so much more. I know my August can be a difficult dog, but Corrina really used her canine behavioral training to another level in a way that made August feel awesome. I can see all the love August got in the videos and pictures sent while I was on vacation. She really seems to care and love dogs in a way better then the dog whisper. She makes dogs sing with glee and joy....She is the Dog Singer!

We are so happy we selected Corrina to board our Augustine, when we went on our cruise for 6 days. It was the 1st time we have been away from her. Corrina sent us videos & photos on a regular basis. It was what we needed to reassure us! She was well cared for & happy! She is a 5 star 🌟 plus!

Corrina was amazing. Our French Bulldog puppy did the 2 week program with her and did incredible. Our puppy learned so much in such a short amount of time. Corrina was not only patient, kind and loving towards our puppy, but she has also followed up and provided a lot of useful tips and resources for us to continue to train our puppy.

Corrina went above and beyond training my father’s dog, who sadly had to be re-homed because my father has dementia. She took his dog who did not approach (rather hid) and barked at strangers, was not properly house broken, and had never been on a leash and converted her to a sweet loving dog that was no longer as timid around strangers, is now leash trained, and is properly potty trained (see dog on the left in photo). I couldn’t be more grateful for the kindness, patience, and gentleness that Corrina provided. She is really great with training dogs and I will def use her services in the future

Veronica took amazing care of our puppy!!! We had to go out of town at short notice but Wonder Dog and Veronica came to the rescue taking wonderful care of him for 10 days. I had the BEST experience with Lana Falke helping me with my boy, Bode. He is a large Rhodesian Ridgeback who needed guidance, confidence and working through issues with some male dog reactivity. Lana was incredible at taking him from a non-listener, challenging 100# teenage boy, to attentive, responsive, and calmer in public. She gave me tools and homework which helped develop our bond even further!
Her patience and skills were incredible to watch as she guided us. Bode has come SO far and I couldn’t be more grateful to her for giving me and him lifelong tools and confidence.

Miriam did an incredible job boarding my 2 dogs for a couple of days. She was very enthusiastic and made me feel like they were in great hands. She took them on walks, played fetch, and made them comfortable in her home as if they were her own. Can’t thank Miriam and Wonder Dog enough! Be back next time

Our Dog training with Wonder Dogs’ trainer Melissa was excellent. Melissa was/is very knowledgeable, calm and patient with us, and very kind to our dogs. They learned very quickly because Melissa formulated and carried out very effective dog training strategies both for us and our dogs.. She was by far the Best dog trainer that we’ve ever had in all our many decades of having dogs.
The cost was very reasonable, and competitive.

Veronica kept my dogs for a week and was wonderful! She was very communicative, sending photos and texts each day. My two dogs were very comfortable with her. It felt like leaving my dogs with a friend; I knew they were in good hands.

Wonder dog training was wonderful for my Shepard Retriever mix Sky! It made a difference in the way we all interact with her now. Where to start... we had another dog trainer that was not all too helpful, and we did not know what to do with our sweet but poorly behaved puppy. She was impossible to walk, and she was crazy around guests...

The answer was Kaylie at Wonder Dog Training. Much of what she said was the opposite of the previous dog trainer. Very knowledgeable and wonderful with our fur baby, Kaylie instantly started helping us learn how to train Nola. Now our puppy doesn't pull on the leash, she doesn't jump up on guests, and Kaylie even corrected behaviors that I did not realize were a problem.

Kaylie gets 6 stars for her patience and knowledge... I felt like I could get a couple dog training books and save a buck, but it was worth every penny to have all of my Nola questions answered.

We had such a great experience working with Lana at Wonderdog! She took time upfront to really get to know our rescue dog and understand the behaviors we were looking to modify. Lana came to each session with a plan and helpful handouts so we could keep practicing on our own. Even after 5 sessions, we’ve seen a lot of positive behavioral changes !

I love Wonder Dog training because our trainer, Krystin Withers, was always on time, very prepared, had answers to all of our questions and solutions for all of our problems. Krystin was very effective in her training and gave us detailed notes for us to use as a reference. We highly recommend Wonder Dog and Krystin.
